This is Wilderness comes back in four years with the new season. In the third series, the show captures what happens to the wild animals in danger of losing their habitats. Actor Choi Soo-jong jumps into the wilderness to lead the viewers at home.

The stars, who are desperately in need of a break, travel around the country for a healing trip. The travel mates who will add the fun to this special trip are Lee Su Geun, Lee Jin Ho, and Kyu Hyun. With his Type 1 driver's license and recreation instructor certificate, Su Geun can take the guests anywhere. For the guest's comfortable trip, Jin Ho becomes a diligent worker. Kyu Hyun is the talented youngest member who can both entertain and cook. Where will the hilarious travel mates go?

Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.
