Iconic Thai comedian Udom Taephanich recounts his misadventures and sharp observations from uncomfortable encounters to the absurdities of daily life.

Maezaki Family Court is located in a suburban city about an hour away from Tokyo by shinkansen. A newly appointed judge arrives at the court. This man is Kuwata Yoshio, the rumoured oddball who snubbed career advancement after turning down a transfer to Tokyo due to his attachment to the family court. On the day that Kuwata takes up his new post, he shows up carrying a huge plant on his back. Higuchi Hinako, a legal apprentice who wants to become a lawyer, and the probation officers are astounded. Kuwata says he happened to pass by a garden where trees were being felled and he decided to take this plant because he felt sorry for it. Mi Ju is a part-time music professor with a tragic past. When she was younger, she was an up-and-coming cellist until she was in a car accident with her rival/best friend, Tae Yeon. After Tae Yeon died, Mi Ju gave up playing the cello and decided just to teach. One day, one of her students threatens her after receiving a bad grade, and so begin Mi Ju's problems. She is sent a mysterious cassette tape that contains a haunting cello duet that dredges up some painful memories of Tae Yeon and almost causes her to get into a car accident.

She is distant from her loving family, which includes her two daughters, husband and sister-in-law. Her older daughter is mentally disabled and mute but falls in love with a cello she spies in a window. Mi Ju buys it for her and begins to teach her how to play it. Meanwhile, a new maid moves into the house. She is creepy as hell and is also mute. It seems as though her family was killed in a car crash, and she tried to commit suicide numerous times, once by swallowing acid. No more vocal cords there!

Anyways, things start to get creepy slowly but surely. The family's golden lab, Sunny, begins barking all the time until one morning he is found dead. Mi Ju starts seeing things, and her daughter begins playing that haunting song on the cello. The sister-in-law goes crazy after her fiance breaks up with her, and "accidents" befall the household. Is Tae Yeon out for revenge, or is Mi Ju's guilt driving her crazy?

During the 3rd season that was broadcasted last July 2017, when Kousaku Aizawa (Tomohisa Yamashita), Megumi Shiraishi (Yui Aragaki), Mihoko Hiyama (Erika Toda), Haruka Saejima (Manami Higa), and Kazuo Fujikawa (Yosuke Asari) have guided the young new addition of life-saving emergency interns, Soma Natori (Daiki Arioka), Shunpei Haitani (Ryo Narita), Akari Yokomine (Yuko Araki), and the flight nurse Futaba Yukimura (Fumika Baba) and have shown growth, they again desperately face lifesaving in a realistic scene of medical treatment and had been drawn into favorable reputation.

This special reveals another hidden story which was not told in the 3rd season.

"Can Haitani ride the Doctor Heli now?"

The crash of Doctor Heli has left a huge scar. Dr Haitani, who whenever rides the Doctor Heli and talks in the radio, gets flashback memories of the crash, and needless to say, shakes and trembles when talking. Mio Oshima, who was on her way to her wedding, was engulfed in an accident and lost her bridegroom. The two of them were inflicted with a major wound in their hearts.

In order to overcome PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), Haitani began receiving counsel from the psychiatrist, Shiori Ninomiya (Rika Izumi).

However, the site where lifesaving is needed cannot wait. There are successive calls requesting for the Doctor Heli. And the collapsing of the subway tunnel happened. Haitani, who cannot go to the scene, had no choice but to make desperate efforts in the hospital.

Can Haitani make a new step and overcome his PTSD?!
