The strongest punk detective in the police station who investigates with his mouth more than theory, 'Dong-min', is appointed to the investigation department just when he was about to become successful in his career.

He is sad to be appointed, however, he will be having a joint investigation with a straightforward FM detective 'Mong-heo' (Janska), in charge of a case that involves a missing model. As the investigation progresses, 'Dong-min's instincts awaken and realizes that it was not just a case of a missing person.

A film adaptation of a Manga cartoon by Takashi Murakami of Osaka (not the contemporary artist from Tokyo). An abandoned car is discovered near a camping ground, and inside it is the body of an unidentified middle-aged man and a dog who seems to have died months later. This is the story of the life of the loving and faithful dog Happy and his owner (Toshiyuki Nishida). Told from the dog's point of view, it follows him from his puppyhood with a peaceful family, through life's changes, and to the long journey he finally makes with his owner, who he calls "father". A second story, "Himawarisou", continues the narrative, following the caseworker Okutsu Kyousuke (Tetsuji Tamayama). As he investigates the situation above, he remembers his late family and his own dog's unfailing loyalty.

The story begins with Tae-seong (Choi Won-yeong) and Yeon-hee (Ryoo Hye-won) heading for the child care facility with the hope of meeting the child they lost 6 years ago. They are divorced now but they were a married couple and had a child. They should have been happy but Tae-seong and Yeon-hee weren't. Min-goo (Kang San) is also confused about this situation. He's happy that he found his parents whom he thought never existed but he's also very careful about the situation. The three of them spend a night at a motel around the center. Tae-seong suggests to Yeon-hee, now that they found Min-goo, to forget about the past and live together again as a family. However, Yeon-hee refuses. Not only that, the next morning, she leaves without a word to Tae-seong and Min-goo. Tae-seong isn't sure he can take care of Min-goo so he returns the child to the child care center and runs back to Seoul. Can these three become a family again?
