Four stories of "stupid love" make up this romantic comedy.

An office woman has a crush on a good looking guy whom everyone suspects is gay.

A university senior believes that love is trivial until she falls for a man who's been hitting on her friend.

Lastly, a high school boy fancies his close friend, who turns out to be a lesbian.

Following the previous projects since (2003), (2008) is the fourth omnibus project describing the theme of human rights. The fourth project is comprised of five short films made by five directors.

The five shorts included in are as follows: “Blue Birds on the Desk” deals with stress from extreme overload of schoolwork, “U and Me” shows fear about uncertain future of teenagers, “Relay” is about concerns of teenage single mothers, “The Theory & Practice of Teenage Drama” is a portrait of today’s youth living in times of serious unemployment, “Girl on the Run” is a story about insecure futures of those students pursuing a career in sports.

There is a rumor of a website called "Hell Correspondence" which only opens at twelve midnight sharp. When a user types the name of a person to be gotten rid of, a hell girl Ai Enma brings the person to the hell. In return, the user will be sent down to hell at the end of his or her life. A high school girl Miho is worried about her friend Haruka being trapped in the evil scheme of a popular rock band after Haruka joins the audition and starts acting strange. As Miho tries to help her friend, she finds herself in the cursed world behind the "Hell Correspondence".
