Seasoned Chinese frog closure instructor Kwok-Law Mei-lan has raised her children and grandchildren by herself. She discovers everybody’s issues before her 70th birthday. Her eldest son Kwok Tak-kan’s business has failed, and he is also divorcing his wife Tian Yu-fei. Her second daughter Kwok Tak-bo and her son Kwok King-hin are drifting apart, and her relationship with her boyfriend has also ended. Her youngest son Kwok Tak-ming loses his job as Tak-kan has got him into trouble. While Mei-lan wants to help her children solve their problems, she also plans to team up with her favorite disciple Chong Zi-chang to pass down the craft. Meanwhile, Tak-kan and his siblings keep contradicting each other. And gangster Kwok Chung-shek abruptly shows up and claims he has 50% ownership of the Kwoks’ property. Eiki, an insurance investigator, and Takeshi, an ambitious police detective, find links between this case and the deaths of Toko's 3 fiances, and are determined to uncover the truth.

Edomae no Shun Story

Drama series depicts the lives of three men born in 1987 and oppose irrational things of the world through work, love and friendship. The men are from the Yutori generation when the Japanese government reformed the education system emphasizing a pressure-free environment referred to as Yutori education.

Since Masakazu’s (Masaki Okada) father passed away, he lives with his mother, older brother, older brother’s wife and younger sister. He studied hard in his school days and began working for a good company after college. He has worked in different divisions. This spring he is assigned to a bar franchise his company owns.

Kazutoyo (Tori Matsuzaka) is a elementary school homeroom teacher. His teaching style, derived from his own Yutori education, draws the ire of the school and parents. He is connected with a female university student who arrives at the school for teaching apprenticeship.

Maribu (Yuya Yagira) was born from an elite family. In his school days, he did well in his studies and sports. He applied for admission to Tokyo University, but was denied. 10 years later, he is now married and has a baby. His family still lives in a small place. Even though he is in a difficult financial situation, he is still trying to gain admission into Tokyo University.

Lee Song Hi was raised by her father, who is a violinist. After her father's death, she falls in love with her elementary school friend Su An. After 12 years, Song Hi, who is a teacher at kindergarten, meets Su An again. The love of Song Hi was not changed, but Su An became a different person. He becomes a lawyer and has fiancee Yu Jeong, violinist. Song Hi promises to give her father's Stradivarius violin to Su An if he forgets that he is about to be married and dates her for one week.

Expert lie detector Dai Meng resigns from his job due to a mistake at work. He opens up a firm that specializes in solving all kinds of problems from emotional disputes, debts to work-related issues. As long as it does not violate the law, he will accept any job.

Dai Meng relies on his expertise in analyzing the telltale signs of a lie to help him in his work. With business booming, he crosses paths with Liao Duo Duo, a fellow analyst, and they immediately have a go to see who's better. Dai Meng wins the round but gets stuck with her company.

Dai Meng, Liao Duo Duo, and their assistant Hua Sheng form a three-person team. As requests come in, they help their clients expose lies to make way for the truth. When Dai Meng discovers that the people closest to him may have ulterior motives, he realizes that it all leads back to the reason he had to leave his job in the first place. Dai Meng restarts his investigations to find out the truth once and for all.
