The two of them gradually move in and soon kiss. Keisuke also captures this moment on camera. However, passersby laugh derisively and stare at him with curiosity. This is because Keisuke has been taking the photographs alone with a long hair wig in his hand. His fantasy girlfriend “Haru” only exists in social networking services and is a product of his imagination. Keisuke took all the photographs of their “dates” alone. The editor Anzai Kohei watches Keisuke’s apparent satisfaction with the good photographs he has taken in amazement. He counsels him to get a real girlfriend. But Keisuke turns a deaf ear. On this day, Keisuke’s good friend, Kamakura Yuki, visits his house while he is taking lovey dovey shots with “Haru”. Yuki is similarly stunned, but does not seem to particularly mind his fantasy girlfriend. Keisuke has drinks with Anzai at a pub on the eve of his birthday. When asked about his ideal girlfriend, he starts to write about the preferred appearance and personality of his fantasy girlfriend. When he wakes up in his room the next morning, his “ideal girl” Haru is before him and she somehow behaves in the way that he fantasises. Keisuke gradually experiences a taste of romance. But is this situation imaginary? Or a reality?

The series takes place a year after the 2nd installment.

Chan Siu Sang is single and all alone, his old love Chu So Ngo married the doctor that treated her son and left the police force. Then he meets Wai Ying Zi, a rookie police officer that is under Chan Sam Yuen Police Traffic Department unit. The two get off on the wrong foot due to misunderstandings. She and Ching Fung are also now parents to a pair of girl/boy twins, but their marriage is not as happy as it seems as the two continue to have quarrels in their marriage. With marital problems at home, Sam Yuen becomes a cold, unreasonable and mean boss at work. When a case similar to the psychotic serial rapist in the last series arises Sam Yuen starts feeling threaten and insecure even though the culprit Bao Gwok Ping is still locked up in jail. It seems Bao Gwok Ping has been communicating with someone on the outside who agreed to take on his split personality persona and continuing his crime spree. Due to Sam Yuen's carelessness her son is kidnapped and killed by the new culprit. This causes Sam Yuen and Ching Fung marriage to be in further jeopardy when he blames her for the death of their son.

Shinichi Sakurai (Sadao Abe) is married to Kanako (Kyoko Fukada) and they have a daughter named Kaori (Mikuu Yamada). Both, Shinichi and Kanako received only a middle school level education. Even though they don't have much money, they are a happy family. At work though, Shinichi experiences effects of only having a middle school education.

One day, Shinichi sees Kaori’s poor score for a national test. He freaks out and decides to improve Kaori's education. Thus, 41-year-old Shinichi begins studying with Kaori and instructs her for the upcoming middle school entrance exam.

The series is based on the life of Nurhaci, the founder of the Qing dynasty. Nurhaci started his life of a warrior-king by uniting the Jurchen (later Manchu) tribes under his rule. In addition to suppressing the threat of internal conflict, Nurhaci attacks the Ming Empire's territories in northern China. Nurhaci helped to build a strong foundation for his son and successor, Huangtaiji, who eventually conquers the Ming Empire and establishes the Qing Empire. He also is entangled between five women in his life, and this is highlighted in the series. The five women are Menggu, Naqiya, Dongge, Abahai, and Tunggiya Qingya. Dongge is a renowned beauty from the plains and loves both Nurhaci and his brother Surhaci. Tunggiya Qingya is Nurhaci's primary consort and the mother of Cuyen and Daisan. Menggu is the mother of Hong Taiji and a beautiful woman with a mysterious past. Abahai was his favorite during his later years and the mother of Dodo, Dorgon, and Ajige. Naqiya was the former wife of Li Rubai, but Nurhaci later wed Naqiya to Surhaci.
