When the Infershia attack, five siblings witness their mother change in front of them and she hands them MagiPhones to transform into a magic team. In the year AD 2017 (nine years after the final episode of Ultraman Tiga), TPC has advanced beyond Earth, and has created a new GUTS team, "Super GUTS". Humans have begun terra-forming Mars and other planets in what is known as the "Age of the Neo Frontier". One day, however, the Neo Frontier is attacked by an alien race known as the Spheres. Shin Asuka has just joined Super GUTS and is in the middle of training maneuvers above Earth's atmosphere when he and his comrades are attacked. He proves himself in battle and can hold his own against ace pilot Ryoh. However, his ship is damaged, and he ejects, after which he encounters a shining light. It is then that a new giant of light merges with the bewildered Asuka, saving his life. When the Spheres enter Mars' atmosphere and merge with the Martian rocks to form monsters, Asuka again participates in the battle, now equipped with a mysterious device known as the "Reflasher". Upon the Sphere's new attack, Asuka suddenly transforms into a colossal giant and manages to protect Mars from a group of monsters sent by the Spheres. The members of Super GUTS quickly catch on that this giant being is not Ultraman Tiga, but a new giant of light, "Ultraman Dyna".

The story begins in 1969 when Shane Phananchoeng, a hot-tempered young man, goes to the border patrol. One day he returns to his homeland, Ban Pa Puen Taek (Pha Puen Taek village), but had to face bad news when he realized that Nueathong, his lover, has to marry his greatest enemy, Chart Talumphuk. He planned to take Nueathong out, but it turns out that Shane kidnapped Wanlapa in her place. The chaos followed.

(Prisoner) was adapted from a true story, the account of a Japanese man arrested in Cambodia, protagonist of Sawai Kujiras Prisoner in Phnom Penh. The location changed to an imaginary island in Southeast Asia (shoot was in Thailand), but the rest remains more or less the same. Going to Seraivia to meet old senpai Yuzurihara (Nakamura Shunsuke), Izawa Keigo (Tamayama Tetsuji) finds himself involved in more than he could ever expect. He quickly learns there’s no law you cant bend with a few good dead presidents, and that embassies only work as long as you dont become a burden to them. Following a man who conned his friend, Keigo finds himself in prison, with a 10 year sentence and seemingly no way to escape, although he does find a friend in the ambiguous Pon (Ohmori Nao, his first drama appearance in two years). Real estate intrigues, corrupt police, a mounting death toll and the tasty decadence of a banana (or well, pineapple) republic. Thats Seraivia for you.

The drama revolves around a public elementary school beset with problems. Eguchi plays the passionate protagonist, who worked at construction sites for 20 years with a mid-sized general contractor. However, in order to keep a promise he made with his former teacher, he suddenly changes jobs and becomes the principal of his old school, which he must save from closing down.
