This will be based on the first novel of the series of Lu Xiao Feng called ‘The Kingdom of the Golden Bird’.

Hong Kong star Nicholas Tse continues his string of period action dramas with the exciting epic series The Spirit of the Sword. This is Tse's third starring role in a Gu Long adaptation, following Big Shot and Proud of Twins, and he is clearly in his element, handling both the action and drama with convince and charisma. Television fans may remember ATV's classic 1978 The Spirit of the Sword adaptation starring the late Leslie Cheung, but this new updated version is an equally worthwhile and star-studded affair. Other than Tse, the drama stars EEG labelmate Gillian Chung of Twins, as well as Hong Kong actor Patrick Tam (Born Wild) and Taiwanese singer/actress Annie Yi (Poor Prince). This new version of The Spirit of the Sword departs from the original novel by revolving around Japanese swordsman Bai Yi Ren, offering a new perspective on the story. Tse stars as a young swordsman who travels to the Middle Kingdom in search of seven mythical swords to fulfill his father's dying wishes. Though he has no intentions of causing trouble, his quest unwittingly brings him into conflict with the martial arts world as he gets pulled into mysterious conspiracies and a dangerous clash with his stepbrother.

Fong Yau Wai (Gordon Lam) and Chung Hon Ngau (Evergreen Mak) are very close friends. Under different circumstances, both of them end up working on a tea farm owned by the Sung family, but through various misunderstandings caused by Shek Chun (Lee Ka Shing) and their fight for the love of Pun Mui Nga (Maggie Cheung Ho Yee), the two become enemies. The whole premise of this serials is about men’s passion for Chinese Tea and the relationship with land, and whilst in the pursuit of refining their tea making skills, there is bitter rivalry, jealousy, hatred, love, lost loves, heart break, pain, betrayal, trust and ultimately, friendship and love by forgiveness.

The Blood Sword is a Hong Kong television series adapted from the wuxia manhua series Chinese Hero: Tales of the Blood Sword by Ma Wing-shing. The series was produced by ATV and first aired in June 1990. It was followed by a 1991 prequel, The Blood Sword 2. The serial follows the life of an independent and confident girl, Samia (Ramsha Khan) who works as a waitress in a restaurant. She got married again after her first divorce as her first husband, Rizwan (Wahaj Ali) was not loyal to her. Her second husband, Khalil (Shahood Alvi) murdered by his first wife at their marriage's first night. After the death of Khalil, Samiya marries Basharat (Ali Abbas), a young guy who works with Samia and lives with her widow sister-in-law, Amtul (Javeria Abbasi). After the death of Amtul's son, Salman (Zuhab Khan), Basharat feels bad for her sister-in-law, Amtul and decides to marry her. This time, again it becomes difficult for Samia to pursue her marital life due to Amtul's interference and she decides to leave Basharat, disappointing her mother. She also loses her job because the restaurant shuts down and searches for a new job. It is very difficult for her to bear with any job because she is harassed wherever she goes, so she decides to open her own restaurant and succeeds in it. A new guy named Uzair (Danial Afzal) comes into her life and asks her to marry him but she rejects as she sees his flirting nature with another women. In the end, Samia decides to live her life as an independent girl. She doesn't want to marry anyone anymore and wants to reach the sky independently. The serial ends by showing her taking each step towards her success in life.
