Feudal Japan, 1543 to 1562. Kansuke Yamamoto is a samurai who dreams of a country united, peaceful from sea to sea. He enters the service of Takeda, the lord of Kai domain. He convinces Takeda to kill the lord of neighboring Suwa and take his wife as a concubine. He then convinces the widow, Princess Yu, to accept this arrangement and to bear Takeda a son. He pledges them his life. He then spends years using treachery, poetic sensibility, military and political strategy to expand Takeda's realm, advance the claim of Yu's son as the heir, and prepare for an ultimate battle with the forces of Echigo. Has Kansuke overreached? Are his dreams, blinded by love, too big?

Miho Kanno stars as a nursery school teacher who is trying her best to overcome her traumatic past despite the bullying of other teachers and parents who keep insinuating she is incapable of doing the job because she was not raised properly herself.

The series is about the Chinese National Revolutionary Army Expeditionary Force in Burma fighting the Imperial Japanese Army during the 1942 Battle of Yunnan-Burma Road at the Second Sino-Japanese War. The story follows a small group of soldiers being refuged in Yunnan, and is narrated through the eyes of a limping young Beiping student-turned-soldier named Meng Fanliao.

(Season Three) Principal Wang is finally back to Dong Han Academy, only to get killed by Dong Zhuo later. Xiu/Liu Bei's identity is at greater risk than ever. The Silver Dimension's timeline gradually catches up to the Three Kingdoms' history. Dong Zhuo takes control over the imperial court and wreaks havoc everywhere, prompting everyone to war against him. With the assistance of Zuo Ci, Wu Hu Jiang finally defeat Dong Zhuo and reclaim the Nationwide School Union from his hands. Although Dong Zhuo is gone, a new age begins, and new problems emerge. Yuan Shao takes the landmark of Dong Han Academy in his own hands, forcing the Wu Hu Jiang, Xiu/Liu Bei and Cao Cao to find the one man who can save it: Zhuge Liang - the famous strategist. However, he turns out to be a regular person and eventually, Yuan Shao is able to claim Dong Han Academy's landmark into his own. With four members of Wu Hu Jiang gone and everyone forced to retreat to Jiang Dong, Cao Cao's power is weaker than ever. With old enemies gone and new characters come into the picture, a new battle will soon begin.
