The drama is about a female cop who deals with harsh criminal activities along with her superior and squad members. It depicts the greatness as well as the tough and sad sides of working mom’s life in Korea through the story of the elite woman detective.

After Choi Young Jin (Kim Hee Ae) takes time off from work in Mrs. Cop (Season 1), Go Yoon Jung (Kim Sung Ryung) becomes the new detective squad chief. She returned to South Korea after training with the F.B.I. in the United States.

A top-secret assassination mission intertwines the lives of the righteous martial arts heroine Fu Xiao and the cold-faced commander Yan Chang Yun, who initially dislike each other. PD Baek Seung Chan decided to work at the entertainment division of KBS television network because of his secret crush on a KBS employee. On his his first day on the job, PD Baek Seung Chan goes through training, but has a difficult time with PD Tak Ye Jin. PD Tak Ye Jin is the producer of music program "Music Bank."

PD Baek Seung Chan is then devastated when he sees his secret crush and PD Ra Joon Mo being affectionate towards each other. Joon-Mo is the producer of variety show "2 Days & 1 Night” and he is a long time friend of PD PD Tak Ye Jin.

PD Tak Ye Jin has been feeling sick since the morning, because of an incident with an expensive parked car. She tries to contact the owner of the parked car, but fails. PD Tak Ye Jin then argues with popular singer Cindy (IU) over her stage outfit.

PD Ra Joon Mo is also going through a hard time. He hears rumors that his show is going to be cancelled because of low ratings. After a long and hard day, PD Tak Ye Jin is finally able to track down the owner of the expensive car. Surprisingly, the owner of the expensive car is PD Baek Seung Chan.

Desperate for love she then meets a man 12 years younger, named Ha Min-Jae (Kim Beom), who just may be the man for her. Jung Da-Jung (Uhm Ji-Won) works as a Korean-English translator and is also good friends with Lee Shin-Young. She's a bit naive, not having dated much up to this point, but hopes to find a rich handsome man. Jung Da-Jung also hopes to marry this year. She then meets oriental doctor Na Ban-Seok (Choi Cheol-Ho) on a blind date and they seem to click. Shortly later, Na Ban-Seok proposes to her and they get married. Jung Da-Jung soon learns that marriage may not be all that it's cracked up to be. Kim Bu-Gi (Wang Bit-Na) works as a popular restaurant consultant. After breaking off her engagement to a man she dated for 10 years, she starts to mentor good friends Lee Shin-Young & Jung Da-Jung. Then one day, a baby appears on her doorstep.

Fashion buyer Gu Xixi bought Alex's couture wedding dresses for her clients. This sequel to the movie Amalfi brings back Kuroda Kousaku, a diplomat who works at the Japanese anti-terrorism office. His new partner is Ogaki Rikako, a somewhat unreliable detective who loves onsen. The setting includes San Francisco, Mexico and Japan and the story also reveals Kuroda's past.
