The Regional Crime Squad consists of the finest elites of Korea’s police force, and veteran detective CHO Dae-young outshines them all as the officer with the most arrests on his record. Dae-young receives orders from his superiors to oversee the case over a pickpocket ring affiliated with the Yakuza. PAIK Jang-mi, arrestingly beautiful and ingenious with her hands, attempts to bring in KANG Man-ok, a legendary pickpocket, into her international ring in hopes of expanding it. Dae-young and Jang-mi first meet when he rescues her from danger. Little do they know what lies ahead.

When gang master Hung died, his two followers Cheung and Chapman To were sent to Thailand to look for his son, Georgie Hung, to succeed him. Georgie, who is gay and lives as a cook with his boyfriend Frankie, is uninterested to continue his father's work. But his close friend Sam, adored the life of a gangster and took his position instead. Sam and Georgie thus returned to Hong Kong with their identities swapped. Upon returning, they discovered that Hung had accidentally killed Cheng Chow's father and now Cheng Chow, a leading gangster of a friendly gang, led by Chan Wai-Man, is looking to avenge for his father's death. Meanwhile, Chan Wai-Man wanted to let his daughter Julie to marry Sam in order to strengthen the bond between the two gangs. Sam initially agrees but later changed his mind when he discovered that Julie is not in love with him. Finally, Cheng Chow kidnapped both Julie and Sam and forced Georgie to lead his gang on a rescue mission. Georgie, with help from Julie and Sam, defeated Cheng Chow in the final battle and told him to accept the fact that his father's death was an accident. Then Cheng Chow saved Georgie when one of his men tried to take his life. Julie and Sam fell in love during the kidnapping and decided to get married while Sam and Georgie took joint leadership of the gang.

As it has done for ages, the Han River continues to pierce the very center of the capital city Seoul. But one day in the year 2000, through an unfortunate incident, a creature of an obscure nature is conceived in the waters of the river. As the creature slowly starts to grow in the depths of the river, people fail to sense signs of an impending disaster, devoting themselves to the Korea-Japan World Cup soccer finals, the Presidential elections and to their individual lives. Then, one day in 2005, in front of countless citizens taking a stroll and enjoying the weekend on the banks of the Han River, the creature reveals itself in a shocking display of horror and mass slaughter. In an instant, the riverbank is turned into a gruesome sea of blood. The main character Gang Du is a man who passes tedious days operating a snack bar next to the river. On that day of great destruction, he witnesses his one and only daughter eaten up by the creature right before his eyes. The sudden appearance unforeseen and unexpected circumstances render the government and state powerless to act. And the once-ordinary citizen Gang Du and his family are thrust into a battle with the monster to rescue Hyun Seo. On the banks of the river, which are completely closed off by the government and declared a danger zone, Gang Du and his family rush into an unstoppable showdown with the monster. ~~ Basic premise of "The Host" was derived by Bong Joon-Ho from the real life "McFarland Incident" in 2000 (a U.S. military employee discharged approximately 470 bottles of formaldehyde into the Han river).

The story revolves around Zhao Yiyi and Xu Jiashu. Zhao Yiyi finally confessed to Xu Jiashu, who had been in love for many years, but started a long distance relationship. They firmly believe that it is a lifetime to survive in a different place. But the natural obstacles of long-distance love test them, and they are clearly in love, but they are constantly absent from each other's life. The appearance of Saihe and the twists and turns of girlfriends Qiao Qiao and Li Tang made Zhao Yiyi feel a lot.

The theme of the film is "long-distance relationships", which is itself a common experience of too many people. The topic is very hot, which has caused heated discussions among thousands of couples. This realistic youth story shows the different emotional patterns of young lovers in different places, evokes the audience's memories of love in the young age, and also explores the separation and integration of love with young people.

Maho Minami (Shiori Kutsuna) returns to Japan after studying in New York. Her half brother Ryusuke Minami (Hiro Mizushima) is an ultra talented guitarist. Maho & Ryosuke then meet Koyuki (Takeru Sato ), a fellow young teen whom Maho takes interest in. Soon enough, Ryosuke and Koyuki form a 5 piece rock band named "Beck," while Maho and Koyuki become involved in a romantic relationship.

The band starts to play live shows and grow an enthusiastic following. The release of their debut CD helps to further the band's popularity. People start to notice Koyuki. The band then endures a producer's planned conspiracy and other hardships. Beck then receives an offer to play at a rock festival, but with the unusual stipulation that the band may have to dissolve ...

Kim Ki-Duk's second film is the story of two illegal immigrants in Paris, a North-Korean former soldier and a South-Korean street painter, as they both struggle for survival in the French metropolis. Eventually, they develop a strong friendship whilst their association with the local underworld will have dramatic effects on their lives. Definitely not equal to the director's latter efforts, but nonetheless charming and bitter-sweet, the film contains clear evidence of the unique style Kim Ki-Duk would eventually develop. Set in the streets of Paris, where the director had previously studied arts and worked as a street painter (just like one of his main characters).

"Chat Room” is the last micro film of famous director Xinying Shao. It narrates the dizzying blatant life of urban white-collar workers struggling among the soul and flesh, and he finally decides to seek for spiritual comfort through the internet, but his dead wife never out of his deep heart throughout life. He wanders around dream and reality, all these illusions consistently twist his heart. Where should he go?
