Ooka Echizen is a town magistrate based in Edo, appointed by Shogun Yoshimune in 1717. Often preferring to wander among commoners in disguise, he actively keeps the peace in Edo and helps clear corruption out of local politics. From the second season, Tadasuke concentrates on defending the oppressed in unfair cases, and the third introduces troubles in his personal life, such as his relationship with his son.

Minoru Sanada (Seiichi Tanabe) is a cameraman with little skills in his profession. His wife Megumi (Yasuko Mitsuura) runs a cafe, but the cafe doesn't have any customers. Yet, the couple has 8 chidren. Kazuo Sanada (Ryunosuke Kamiki) is the eldest child in their family of 10 persons. Kazuo, as the eldest son, believes he should sacrifice his own personal interests for the greater good of the family. Kazuo falls into trouble when his uncle runs away with money stolen from a company president. Kazuo relied on his uncle a lot, so Kazuo takes a break from school and takes up part-time jobs. One week later, the Sanada family learns that Kazuo has been absent from school. They hold a family meeting because of this. At their family meeting a 11th person mysteriously appears...

Le Bon Vivre is an intriguing restaurant. The owner and waitress, Ikeyama Juri, accepts only one group of customers a day. The food that Bon Vivre serves is very special. It is “lost food” that no longer exists in this world. The talented chef, Terayashiki Renichi, is Le Bon Vivre’s pride. He will fully reproduce “lost food” such as the food of a shop that is no longer around or the food of a person who is now deceased in response to all sorts of customer requests. It is the role of second chef, Oze Kiyoi, to support Terayashiki and do research on the “lost food”. He will gather information which covers a wide variety of such food. Many people who have heard the rumours about this restaurant try to make a reservation one way or another. However, very few people are able to get a table. They have one thing in common. The customers that get invited to Le Bon Vivre all have struggles, worries or stand at the crossroads in life. Many of them will look ahead and start a brand new life again after eating the reproduced food here. This is the origin of “Shimeshi”, the name of the cuisine served at this restaurant. People who have eaten this food will be given an indication of the path to take.

In the previous series, Takako Mamiya was an elite lawyer who handled public relations cases. She quit her job at a prestigious law firm to establish her own office. She confidently walked into her new office only to find that her former firm had interfered and taken all her lawyers and staff. They even took away her clients. Takako reluctantly started to handle low-paying divorce cases. Through her cases, though, Takako came face to face with "human drama" and matured greatly. She is now the most sought after lawyer in town. Takako's firm has become well-known, and she handles domestic as well as public relations cases. One day, Takako takes on a troubling case about compensation and damages. The opposing lawyer is Eri Saeki, an ex-prosecutor who is now an ace divorce lawyer. Eri is persistent and courageous when it comes to law. What is the "truth" the two lawyers discover when their case is over? Friendly faces working at the Takako Mamiya Law Firm are Daisuke Honda, a college student studying for the bar exam, Toshifumi Yanagida, the only other lawyer in the firm, and Kizaburo Inoue, a paralegal who hasn't passed the bar exam yet, but has a rich knowledge of court precedents and shows excellent documentation skills. New faces at the firm include paralegal Tsuyako Komukai and receptionist Aki Ogata who has no interest in law. Adding spice to Takako's private life are Tatsuya Mikami, editor of a popular women's magazine, and Tamotsu Ohba, the owner of the firm's favorite place to unwind after hours.

He forgot his name and family and given the name Suh Ha Eun by his adopted father Suh Jae Soo. He falls in love with his adopted sister, Eun Ha and tried to be very honorable about it. Against the warnings of his peers, Ha Eun becomes more and more involved in this suspicious case. As a part of a larger scheme, Ha Eun is targeted for a hit by unknown individuals. And when Ha Eun and Shin Hyuk finally meet for the first time in twenty years, the murderers kill Shin Hyuk accidentally mistaken him for Ha Eun. As a result, Ha Eun vows to get revenge by giving his enemies psychological torture and takes on his brother's persona as an undercover cop and that is where the drama begins.

The story follows Wang Ke Ke and Li Xiao Jun as the two prepare to get married. They bought a house together. But on the day of their wedding, Ke Ke discovers that for some reason, her name is NOT on the house lease. Despite Xiao Jun’s explanation, she flees the scene, leaving his family in shock. His mother asks a friend to pose as the bride but her son is adamant on marrying one woman only and cancels the wedding. The two rekindle soon after but Xiao Jun’s mom pressures for them to have kids. To prove that she’s not just a housewife material, our heroine seeks for a better job, which is when she meets Xiao Jun’s big boss and becomes his assistant. Lol. Mixing in personal misunderstandings and work conflicts, the two lovebirds are often at odd.
