Kang Pungho, a 28-year-old insect exterminator, though growing up in an orphanage without any family, has a natural born optimism. Abandoned by his first love Soi, he ends up as a single daddy with a seven-year-old son Kang San. Thanks to his bright temper, Pungho manages to make a living and grows his son just as any other well-off families do. Regarding his son as a happy gift from the heaven, Pungho would die for Kang San. Hari, the only daughter of well-known surgeon, lost her mother at the age of 6 but has grown up a bright girl, supported by deep paternal love. After his father remarried Soi, Pungho’s first love, she comes across Pungho, instantly falls in love with him.

Takeuchi Miharu (Maya Miki) is a capable lawyer with a law firm in Nagoya who gets to handle a divorce case assigned by their head Mizuno Toyohiko (Tachi Hiroshi). Gohara Naoki (Yoshizawa Hisashi), the president of the company, wants to divorce his wife Nobue (Kone Hana) who left their 5-year-old son behind and moved out. Nobue does not want to give up her child. The case seems to complicate Miharu because she had experienced divorce too and was deprived of custody of her daughter Kanae, who she has not seen in 10 years. She hesitantly starts working on the case but gradually gets absorbed in it.

While she is the husband’s attorney, the solution she offers reflects Nobue’s feelings. This offends the client company and the law firm’s advisory contract is terminated. She resigned.

Nobue arrives with the twin sisters. She believes they can count on Miharu who identified with her own divorce issues. Miharu does all in her power to try to pull the twins’ broken family together. She got convinced to start a divorce counselling centre. On the day of the opening of ‘Takeuchi Harumi Divorce Counselling Centre’, a young lady stares at the signboard of the centre with a surly expression. She is Miharu’s daughter, Kanae (Taketomi Seika), who is now an adult.

This drama is about the lives of Tae-hee and Yun-hee, two sisters whose mother died while giving birth to Yun-hee. Although her father was a great magician, Yamada Naoko is merely a competent magician who utterly lacks showmanship. She has a hard time making a living, and is constantly behind on her rent. That's where Ueda Jiro comes in. Ueda is a professor of physics who is also an author of books debunking the psychic and supernatural. People with problems of a supernatural nature seek out his assistance. But who ends up doing most of the work? Yamada may not be the best magician, but she has a genius for seeing through other people's "tricks," and Ueda uses this to his advantage. Their strange and often very funny partnership is the real reason people get hooked on this series.

When clouds in the sky and falling rain tease the two close friends in trouble Rain and Sky, it takes them to meet Phayu and Prapai, who are not only cunning saviours but also guys making storms in the two best friends' hearts. The war of love is about to take place in the warm spring, hot summer, lonely autumn and cold winter.

Nearly twenty years ago, Park Joon Pil is the son of a mafia boss. The mafia boss is being chased by the police but takes a day off to take his young son to the department store. Kang Tae Pyung's dad, a police officer, takes his wife and young son to an outing at the store also. At the department store, Tae Pyung's dad attempts to arrest Joon Pil's dad. Joon Jil's dad grabs Tae Pyung's mom as a hostage and accidentally kills her.

Tae Pyung's dad goes crazy and runs after Joon Pil's dad, thinking that he has taken his son also. Tae Pyung's dad kills Joon Pil's dad but realizes too late that the little boy by Joon Pil's dad is not his son, but the criminal's. However, Kang Tae Pyung's dad is killed as well, and both the small boys become orphans.

A fellow police officer takes in Joon Pil as his own son, thinking that the little boy is Tae Pyung. Tae Pyung, however, is taken into an orphan home. Joon Pil knows he is a criminal's son. Twenty years later, Joon Pil is an aspiring young police officer and Tae Pyung is a boxing bum. When Tae Pyung's best friend becomes unfairly murdered, he vows to become a police officer. Two years later, Joon Pil and Tae Pyung finally meet again. Rivals but friends at heart, these two guys learn to forgive the past and embrace the future.
