Chen Xiao Qian is an unknown screenwriter who's been single since birth. She's worked really hard and finally finished a grand drama of a heroine, only to have filming delayed because actor Han Ming Xing can't stop questioning the script! She's determined to prove him wrong--until things go topsy turvy and she winds up stuck in the world of her own creation!

Now known as the Third Princess, a minor character who was supposed to die in the third episode, Chen Xiao Qian has to not only navigate a plot gone completely out of control, but survive and find a way home. The story follows our heroine, Lin Xiao Xia who poses as a jewellery con artist to trick people into buying fake expensive jewelries. She meets our hero – a spoiled rich young master of a jewellery company who ran away after stealing a precious necklace from his family. They become friends and he also happens to be the only person who believes her when she’s telling the truth and encourages her to step out of her past mistakes and pursue a career as a jewellery designer. She, in turn, helps him see the value of jewelries and his family’s hard work.

Hau is a hard-working fast food restaurant staff. Despite his hectic schedule, he plays basketball on a public basketball court early in the morning. He has not taken part in any matches ever since he was bullied back in high school. One day, a group of young men forcefully take over the public basketball court. Angered by their behaviour, Bo randomly picks Hau, Leung and Tak to form a team to play against the young men. At first, the group of strangers have absolutely no chemistry at all. However, with their unique styles and Bo’s coaching, they manage to defeat their opponents. While they get a sense of achievement on the basketball court, the trio each have their own problems and feel lost when they are off court. Basketball is their only way to escape reality.

Khemthis is the beloved son of Madame Freya, the owner of Deep Night Club, the top host club in the country. It's stunning acrobatic shows differentiate them from any other. Khemthis is fascinated by top-tier host Wela. Getting closer, however, brings about obstacles.

Somewhere at Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture lives a woman and her son. The woman is Mashiro Ao who has lost her husband and bookstore come home from the Tohoku earthquake. It has been 10 years since the disaster and Ao decides to renovate a vacant place and reopen the bookstore which her late husband used to love. Ao then meets an architect, Hayama Eiki who is not good at socialising. However, after much interactions, they begin to get attracted to each other.
