When Interpol agent CK Long (Sammo Hung) busted a billion-dollar drug deal 15 years ago, the cartel swore revenge. Enter beautiful Phoenix (Jenn Tse), the enigmatic Madame Rose's loyal assassin, whom the cartel hires to kill Long's family. Little does Phoenix knows, years ago, in an act of revenge, Madame Rose kidnapped Phoenix when she was young, then brainwashed and trained her into a skilled assassin and that her father has been trying to find her ever since.
