Mayrisa's father comes from a rich family, but her mother was poor so she wasn't accepted by her father's family. They went to live on the countryside, where Mayrisa grew up with Aidin, her childhood best friend. One day, her grandmother takes her in and she goes overseas. 10 years later, Mayrisa and Aidin meet again as adults. She doesn't remember him anymore but he recognized her immediately. She was his first love and he's still in love with her, but because of their class differences he's trying to get over her and move on, but is always there when she needs help.

The show focuses on a man named Kenji and his younger sister Yasuko, whose parents died in an accident 10 years earlier. Kenji was once the leader of a gang, but in order to support him and his sister, he began making a living as a shojo mangaka. His character normally wears glasses and appears to be a gentle guy, but he throws off his glasses and reverts to his violent side whenever he tries to protect Yasuko from danger. Part of the story follows Yasuko's romance with an intelligent and good-looking man named Jun Tsubaki. Jun's older sister Erika now runs a flower shop, but Erika was once a leader of a female gang, and she used to be in love with Kenji during those days.

Ruco plays Luk Kung Ji, he's a Malaysian tour guide, loves to play and sweet talks, but his real job is a Hong Kong music producer. He fled to Malaysia because he broke up with girlfriend Hong Yi Kiu (Elaine Yiu), then met Law Sik Sik (Aimee Chan), who also fled to Malaysia because she broke up with her fiance Ching Jin Pok (Matt Yeung). Since she loves desserts, she asked Tony to be her cooking teacher and later finds out he has a crush on Aimee. She captured it on video and used it to threaten Tony to fulfill 3 wishes for her; Tony and Aimee are best friends, like sisters, but Tony secretly loves her. He's a strict person and is a hardcore instructor to Lin Xiawei; Elaine is a singer-songwriter, dated Ruco before; Matt and Lin Xiawei are siblings, and Aimee's ex-fiance. In front of Aimee, he acts very loving and caring, but in fact he's a player. He cheated on her with Wong Kei Ying (Samantha Ko); Samantha was Aimee's good friend, but the intimate clips of her affair with Matt were exposed at Aimee and Matt's engagement party, the couple broke up instantly.

Stories about a young girl, Jin Joo, who is trying to find her perfect boyfriend, but all her relationships ended the same way, quarrels and partings. These several stories will be told from two persons, the girl herself and her boyfriends, how they see the same situation in different ways. Will Jin Joo be able to sort out his relationship?

The basis for the drama is the novel "Kashikogi" by author Cho Chang-in, which has sold 2 million copies in Korea since its publication in 2000. It has already been adapted as a television drama and a stage play in that country. On February 4, Shogakukan is publishing the book in Japan under the title "Good Life" Sorimachi plays the part of Daichi Sawamoto, a newspaper reporter who has always prioritized his work over his family. When his wife suddenly leaves him, he finally notices the love he has been receiving from his son. Just as he decides to answer back, it is discovered that his son has leukemia. Igawa plays Sawamoto's wife, Eikura plays a pediatrics specialist, and Ihara plays a doctor.

In the mid-fourth century BC during the Warring States period, groundbreaking political changes occur in the Qin state in western China. Qin, weakened by poverty and internal conflict, is in peril of being annexed by the six other states in the east. Duke Xiao, the young new ruler of Qin, seeks to restore his state to its former glory and retake the territories lost by Qin in its earlier humiliating defeats by rival states. Duke Xiao recruits several talents to help him in his ambitious plans. The most outstanding one, a statesman called Shang Yang, cooperates closely with Duke Xiao on massive political and economic reforms in Qin that lasted two decades. The changes transform Qin into a powerful state, with legal and military systems that helped to lay the foundation for Qin's eventual unification of China under the Qin dynasty nearly 200 years later in 221 BC.
