The drama is set in an retirement home named "Yasuragi no Sato La Strada" where only those who had worked in the TV entertainment industry such as actors, writers, musicians and artists are allowed to live at. Kikumura Sakae, who used to be a popular scriptwriter, lives among the former stars and the problems they face are presented in a humorous manner.

Gu Gwang Soo is 39 years old. He was once the brilliant PD of the nation's top live music program. Kang Dong Gu is 9 years old. He is a child actor who got famous doing food commercials because of his healthy appetite. Dong Gu suddenly feels threatened when, for the first time ever, he loses a job to a new rival child actor and finds himself in a career slump. The precocious Dong Gu has also been secretly dating 8-year-old child actress Jang Baek Ji for the past two years, but she dumps him for his rival.

Kashiwazaki Yu has dated Naoki for the past 7 years and they have lived together for the past 5 years. Nowadays, their relationship has very little romance and Naoki seems to have no interest in marriage. On Kashiwazaki Yu’s birthday, Naoki seems to care more about his new game than celebrating her birthday. Kashiwazaki Yu is unable to control her anger anymore and runs out of their house. Perhaps by fate, she then meets her ex-boyfriend Fukami from her high school days. Kashiwazaki Yu soon finds herself in a love triangle with Naoki and Fukami.

Srinuan is the daughter of the village headman of Laantey, Ayudhaya. She is extremely beautiful and gifted in martial arts. These qualities lead to a continuous line of men who are always willing to win the heart of Srinuan. One of these suitors is Saming.

Lersun, a military cadet and son of the governor, decides to one day travel to Laantey during his school break. This is where he happens to see Srinuan for the first time while she is performing the traditional dance. It is love at first sight. This love is soon reciprocated and both Lersun and Srinuan quickly lose themselves to the depths of love and passion.

Eventually, school break comes to an end and Lersun has to go return. Before he leaves, he promises Srinuan that he will return and marry her. Unfortunately, upon his return, Lersun gets into an accident and loses his memories — completely forgetting about Srinuan.

In Bangkok, his mother arranges a marriage between him and Sroipetch who is the daughter of another prominent figure. Meanwhile, Srinuan also travels to Bangkok in order to meet her lover. Upon her arrival, she is faced with the heartbreak of Lersun behaving as if he does not know her and returns back to Laantey, heartbroken.

Twenty years pass and Lersun becomes a deputy commissioner. He also has a daughter and a son with Sroipetch. Srinuan, on the other hand, also has a daughter called Dao — who is just as beautiful and talented as her mother.
