The students in sophomore class E have a very bright personality and are almost impossible to control. Can exchanging the teacher in charge of this class finally bring some positive change? Wang Ge Bi, son from a rich household, decides to take on the role as teacher in charge of class E. Wang Ge Bi who doesn’t abide by any rules, physical education teacher Wu Wei as well as Su Yi, a rookie teacher, bring a lot of chaos and change the school into a very lively place.

The series revolves around the narcissistic Lee Young Joon, the vice president of a company run by his family. He is very self-absorbed and thinks highly of himself, so much that he barely acknowledges the people around him. Through the introduction of his friend Danma Ryuji, Onizuka Eikichi, the former legendary bike gang member, visits Meishu Academy to tend to the trees in the garden as a part-time gardener. Learning that Yoshikawa Noboru, a student in teacher Fuyutsuki Azusa’s class is being bullied by Uehara Kyoko and other classmates, Onizuka befriends and saves Yoshikawa. Seeing Onizuka’s unprecedented but visceral, powerful response to problem solving, the school’s president and principal, Sakurai Yoshiko, overrides resistance from her vice principal Uchiyamada Hiroshi and makes Onizuka a teacher. Onizuka goes on to tackle many issues as the teacher in charge of the most problematic class, Class 2-4.

Set between two worlds, the real world in which we live in, and another world where dragons live. Nagi is a fantasy loving high-school girl who lives in the real world. She has a special ability that allows her to visualize colors whenever she hears sounds, and doesn't feel she fits in with her surroundings. From some point, she starts to be troubled by repeated daydreams of flying in the sky.

Meanwhile Tyme lives in the alternate world of Upananta, where a strange phenomenon is occurring in which many flying islands are falling from the sky. Akuta Sky Group, led by the hero Akuta, have been trying to save people from the dangers of the world collapsing. Tyme admires Akuta, and decides to join his group as a dragon rider, but he isn't happy as he isn't able to hear the voices of the dragons and ends up being considered a "dropout".

One day, the two worlds intersect, and Nagi meets Time from Upananta.

Though they both come from different worlds, they find similarities in the fact they are different from those around them.
