Dr. Park Won Jang recently opened his own internal medicine clinic. His goal is to become acknowledged as a skilled physician and make a lot of money in the process. He thought that if he opened his own clinic, the money would soon roll in. Reality is a little different for Park Won-Jang. His clinic receives very few patients and it is teetering on insolvency. He struggles to save his clinic. Making things worse, he also suffers from hair loss. Meanwhile, Park Won-Jang is married to Sa Mo Rim. His wife trusts the advice of medical TV programs more than her husband.

Kaori later finds out that the partner is Mishima Mutsumi and visits Mutsumi's husband, Kyosuke, and asks for his cooperation in separating Takuya and Mutsumi. Kyosuke agrees with the condition that Kaori sleeps with him. While following and monitoring Takuya and Mutsumi, Kaori begins an affair with Kyosuke, and later falls in love with him.

Yoriko Yabushita (Anne Watanabe) works at a Yokohama research laboratory. She tracks trends in relation to macroeconomics. She is 29-years-old and enthusiastic about her work. She also enjoys efficiency and having a regular life. Although she doesn't excel in social settings with other people, her next goal is getting married and having a baby. Yoriko believes that she marry by the age of 30, because everyone around her did including her late mother. If Yoriko finds a man who fills 24 items listed on her ideal husband list, she will marry him. Meanwhile, Takumi Taniguchi (Hiroki Hasegawa) is 35-years-old and unemployed. He did graduate from college, but he spends his days reading books and listening to music. He's not interested in dating or getting married, because he knows he lacks a source of income. He lives with his mother and knows that when she passes away, he can't continue his current lifestyle. Takumi Taniguchi then decides to find a woman who is capable of supporting him financially. Yoriko Yabushita and Takumi Taniguchi, who both think of marriage as a contract, begin to date with the goal of getting married.

Meng Ke Huai is a popular romance novelist who suffers from writer's block because he no longer believes in love. When a crazy fan trapped him over night with an innocent bystander, he found the inspiration he needed to finish his book. The bystander was Li Xiao Yang, a senior flight attendant who desperately wanted her boyfriend to propose. They became fast friends over the incident. As time pass by, he found himself attracted to this woman who he knows but not that familiar with.

The drama focuses on 45-year-old Tsuboi Ryota, the coordinator of a large CM company who is receiving a request from one of their clients to change some parts of their new CM. However, he’s unable to really explain to the director what changes should be made exactly. At the same time, he receives a call from his older sister, who tells him that his father has collapsed while golfing in Nagano and that he was admitted to a local hospital. In a hurry, Ryouta decides to go to Nagano, his birthplace.

Tsuboi Ryota is a good man. Nobody can really hate him, which is why the coordinator between his company and their clients seems like the perfect job for him. However, he frequently finds himself stuck in a dilemma, whether that’s between his wife and his daughter, his older sister and their mother, or his family and work in general.

Adding some mysterious, almost fantastical elements to this family drama are Miyazaki as a puzzling young woman Ryota happens to meet at the hospital and Natsuyagi as his father who strongly believes in the existence of a tiny fairy-like race called the ‘Kuna’.

Boonparet, a young and eager attorney, is working on a case where he represents Pongdanai, his half brother, who is a playboy and a womanizer with many mistresses, including one of Boonparet’s best friends. Chisamai is an attorney trainee whom Pongdanai secretly likes, so she is assigned to handle the case, so they can be together more often. But, when she learns the truth about Pongdanai, she decides to work against him by representing Boonparet’s best friend to file for divorce.
