Hong Kong is an expensive city. Some people have to work multiple jobs in order to afford a flat. Tang is a carefree, unambitious orphan who lives in the present. He works multiple jobs including food and goods delivery. One day, he meets famous businesswoman Ms. Fok, who invites him to move into her luxurious house with a few other contestants. For the next six months, all contestants must follow Ms. Fok’s rules while learning to live with one another. Those that survive the six-month period will each receive HK1 million dollars. With their eyes set on the prize, everyone tries to do their best at first. However, more and more problems surface as time goes by.

The group will star in their own reality/variety TV show in summer 2018. The show was originally meant to air in May under the name '9% Youth' but due to some unknown reason iQiyi decided to air it in summer The show will consist of 12 episodes, each 30 minutes long, showcasing the boys as they travel to and from concerts and the hardships that each of them face along the way.

The series explores the relationship of two people as they go from being “just acquaintances” to “a genuine couple”. Yoon Jin Ah (Son Ye Jin) is a single woman in her 30s who works as a store supervisor in a coffee shop. Despite being an easygoing person, she lives a rather empty life. She suddenly feels romantic feelings towards her best friend’s younger brother, Seo Joon Hee (Jung Hae In), a designer at a video game company, who has just returned from working abroad.

The main character, Tae-ho (Yoon Kye-Sang) starts out as a sharp fund manager who is expecting a massive payday to come in, only to have a deal go bad and ruin him and his partner, to the tune of many millions. They’ve got scary gangster investors clamoring for their money back and seemingly no way out, and Tae-ho’s partner kills himself in despair. Tae-ho is also feeling cornered and desperate after losing everything (becoming homelessness), but he vows to not let this bad deal kill him and works his way back. The story depicts the pecking order of the homeless people who live inside Seoul Station and the secret organizations among them. It’s an action-thriller about a hero who claws himself up from rock bottom to figure out what went wrong with his deal and get his life back

Continuing the first season, Like a Flowing River II follows the story of Song Yun Hui, Lei Dong Bao, and Yang Xun as they take part in China’s economic reform from the 1980s to the 1990s. Song Yun Hui has been promoted as the youngest deputy leader in Donghai Chemical. He brings his family to live with him in Donghai, but his wife Cheng Kai Yan’s laziness and distrust take a toll on their marriage that eventually ends in divorce.
