The movie version of Ninja Sentai Kakuranger, directed Shōhei Tōjō and written by Noboru Sugimura, premiered in Japan on April 16, 1994, at the Toei Super Hero Fair. It was originally shown as a triple feature alongside the feature film versions of Blue SWAT and Kamen Rider J. The villains in the movie consisted of the One-Eyed Brothers and Ōnyūdō. The movie was filmed between Episodes 7 and 8, but is set after the events of 8.

Xin Tan has the ability to create happiness for others through sound, but after using it three times on the same person, his life will be bound to that person. Only when the other party is happy can Xin Tang can survive. Incidentally, Xin Tang rescued the school internet celebrity Ji Ze, who was about to commit suicide, and the two bound together.

After accidentally killing a man with their pumpkin carriage en route to a ball, Red and Cinderella decide on concealing the body. Shin Seok Heon, who works as security guard, happens to gain a psychokinesis supernatural power after drinking water polluted by a meteor matter. He then learns that his ex-wife was killed by one of the paid vandalizes set on destroying her daughters restaurant to build a shopping center. He then meets his daughter, Roo Mi, and gets involved in the fight to protect the neighborhood.

A guerrilla army unit led by Captain Lee Myung Joon and 772 student soldiers, including Choi Sung Pil, are on the ship Moonsanho and their destination is Jangsari. Their mission is to deceive the North Koreans into thinking opposition forces would launch a decisive invasion there. The real invasion and battle will take place in Incheon one day later. The average age of the 772 student soldiers on the ship is 17 and they have had only 2 weeks of training. They try to land in Jangsari under a shower of bullets.

The lonely and silent rider Tae-suk breaks in empty houses and lives a normal life while the owners are traveling. He does not steal anything and moves from house to house without any loss other than food, and he cleans the houses, provides small repairs or washes some clothes to pay for the hospitality. When he enters in the house of Sun-hwa, he does not see the woman that is wounded in her room after being beaten up on by her abusive husband Min-gyu Lee. Tae-suk helps the hurt woman and when Min-gyu returns, he hits the husband with golf balls and Sun-hwa leaves her husband with Tae-suk on his motorcycle. When they break in the house of an old man, they find that the man is dead and Tae-suk provides funeral service for him. However, his son returns and Tae-suk and Sun-hwa are arrested by two abusive police detectives. He is sent to prison and Sun-hwa is forced to return home. But she never forgets him.

Na-Bi (Cha Ye-Ryun) is a former member of an idol girl group and now an actress, but her acting is poor. Meanwhile, Hong (Jo Hyeon-Jae) is a movie director who studied in Poland. He is recognized as a rising star in the movie industry.
