Shirasaki Yuki, a rookie actor, finally lands an audition and is chosen to star in a BL drama alongside current superstar Hayama Asami, who was also his senior at university. Feeling anxious and troubled before his first major role, Shirasaki is approached by Hayama with the proposal to form a “romantic relationship for the sake of character development” until the filming concludes. Their pseudo-romantic involvement off-screen leads to a moving and beautifully crafted love story exploring the intricacies of relationships within the entertainment industry and among actors.

Kangsadarn (Janie) is a young woman whose mother's past behavior will come back to haunt them both. Twenty years ago, Rose was in love with a poor, young man named Purim (Nok Chatchai) but she brutally hurt him and never saw him again. Purim, on the other hand, has never forgotten the pain inflicted upon him by Rose and has spent the last twenty years obsessed with revenge. Fast forward to the present, where a now wealthy Purim sees his opportunity to exact his revenge on Rose through Kangsadarn. He uses his knowledge of Rose's financial problems and alcoholism to acquire Kangsadarn as his wife. To make things even more complicated, Purim's nephew is in love with Kang.

Best friends Anda and Lalisa grew up together in an orphanage. Realising that Anda is the daughter of wealthy Ramita who's actively searching for her, Lalisa steals Anda's identity and presents herself to Ramita as her daughter. It's at this point that Anda meets Pheem and Anol.

After falling victim to an attack that landed his father in a coma and stole Pheem's sight, Pheem has installed himself near the oraphanage. He and Anda meet and fall in love.

Pheem's cousin Anol is entirely unlike him. While Pheem is warm and loving, Anol is cold, never having recieved love and feelin inferior to Pheem. Anol has been charged with evicting the inhabitants of Anda's orphanage.

One night Goo Eun Jae got drunk and Jung Gyo Bin took this opportunity to take advantage of her. Eun Jae and Gyo Bin got married but their marriage is not a very blissful marriage. Shin Young Joo (Lee Bo Young) is a female detective, a section chief with charisma, although she spends most of her time with petty criminals. She has to pay the debt of her family and speaks often harshly, but inside she has a golden heart. Meanwhile, Lee Dong Joon (Lee Sang Yoon) is a righteous elite judge, brilliant in mind, but with a warm heart and he has always a friendly ear for those, who are weak. Both work together to solve a case of corruption, involving the greatest law firm of the nation, Taebak, which turns out to be one of the biggest scandals ever.

Mizuki is a marathon runner forced to hang up her running shoes and find a job in the “real world.” She's been laser-focused on running her whole life and developed very little in the way of social skills, totally neglecting any thoughts of a love life. Her love for sweet food is the only thing that brings her joy.

When Mizuki takes a job at a high-end hotel, she turns out to be hopeless at it. With no experience or natural talent for customer service, she makes gaffe after gaffe. One day, she crosses paths with Kaji, a genius pâtissière who works at the hotel and has a reputation as a womanizer. Infuriated at how badly her post-running life is turning out, Mizuki vents at Kaji. Iinstead of angering him, her tirade inspires Kaji, who appoints her as his new taste taster.
