Kim Seok-Hyeon (Ji Jin-Hee) becomes Korea’s youngest appointed criminal court judge at the age of 36. He's famous for his rational rulings. Kim Seok-Hyeon also has a beautiful wife (Yun Se-Ah) and a daughter. His near perfect life crumbles when his wife is brutally murdered. A man named Jang Soo-Young (Ha Jung-Woo), who had a vendetta against Kim Seok-Hyeon for a prior ruling, quickly becomes the primary suspect and the case is close. A reporter then approaches the grieving Kim Seok-Hyeon and points out the amazing similarities between Seok-Hyeon's life and a judge from 30 years ago named Han Sang-Jun. The judge from 30 years ago was also appointed the youngest criminal court judge, graduated as valedictorian from the same high school, and also lost his wife & daughter in a brutal murder. These events seemed to have occurred in exact 30 year intervals. Now if this "Parallel Life Theory" holds to form, Jang Su-Yeong will escape from prison in 16 days and murder his daughter ...

Second Life (2024)

Five down-on-their-luck strangers must band together to steal back winning lottery tickets worth millions from a wicked mafia boss.

Gwang Soo, a promising teenaged swimmer, skips training regularly because he is overconfident of his ability. His violent coach gives up on him and Gwang Soo quit swimming. Years later, Gwang Soo works as a swimming instructor. Elementary school boy Joon Ho always ranks 4th in competitions, making his mom impatient. She looks for a personal trainer and finds Gwang Soo.

Seok Ho was a child genius but now lives an average life as a high school math teacher. When his new neighbor, Hwa Sun, moves into the apartment next door, she becomes his new obsession. One day, Suk Go witnesses Hwa Sun murder her ex-husband during a violent encounter. He puts his math skills to the test as he calculates the perfect alibi for her crime. Thanks to Suk Go’s impeccably crafted crime, Hwa Sun even passes the polygraph test and the police have no choice but to let her go. However, the detective assigned to the case, Min Sun, detects something strange and is unable to drop Hwa Sun as his prime suspect.

Young (Kim Min-Hee) and Dong-Hee (Lee Min-Ki) work at the same bank. They secretly dated for the past 3 years, but recently decided to end their relationship. Both tell the other that they are fine, but inside they are not. Young's co-worker Son (Ra Mi-Ran) then tells her that she will introduce her to a good guy at dinner later that evening. At the bank worker's dinner get-together, Dong-Hee is also there and feels jealousy. He begins to talk negatively about Young in front of her and the man she just met. Young becomes furious at Dong-Hee and pours beer all over him. A loud confrontation takes place between the former lovers and everybody at the bank now knows they dated. Their bitter breakup turns worse when each decides to go tit for tat. Dong-Hee demands his laptop back and Young mails it back to him, but she first smashes it to several pieces. Dong-Hee responds by mailing back her belongings, including foul smelling food that is now rotten. Adding fuel to the fire, Young logs into his Facebook account and discovers that he is already seeing another girl. Can they live without each other? Can they live with each other? 

Shin Nam is a 20-something graduate of a shaman school, and so called fake shaman. While on the other hand, Chung Dam is the kind of a real deal shaman, who is possessed by a child god. Along comes also Song Joon, as the middle-aged swindling shaman, whose prime, along with the ghost inside him, have all but left.

The three men battle with their skills to seize the redevelopment district and compete to be the best shaman.

The film centers on Iwao Shishido, who at age forty suddenly leaves his rural village, but returns with a foreign bride during his father's funeral.

This is adapted by director Keisuke Yoshida from Hideki Arai’s 1990s manga series with the same title.
