Khunchai Puttipat...a young doctor with his love without any distinction. His mother was the daughter of a rich Chinese merchant. 25-year-old Kotaro Ozu (Takahiro Miura) was an ordinary salaryman, but he decided to quit his job. He then begins work as a teacher at an all-girl high school. 32-year-old Takako Hara works at the same school as Kotaro. Takako begins to have feelings for Kotaro, who is younger than her. Even though Kotaro has a fiance, they are attracted to each other. Meanwhile, Akio Kurosawa (Shunsuke Nakamura), who had a relationship with Takako, still has feelings for her. 

The story is set in a small Italian restaurant. Half-brothers Fuyuuma Amazuki and Haruyo Amatsuki, Haruyo's childhood friend, Torataro, and his friend, Sora, manage the restaurant, which is small but secretly popular but has a "secret menu" that solves the problems of customers who visit the restaurant.

In fact, the younger brother, Haruyo, is the heir to the large company Amazuki Holdings, and according to his promise to his father, he has to inherit the family when he turns 30. As the deadline passes and his father's secretary, Kaede Kusumi, urges him to return to work, it becomes clear that her father is ill and has only a short time left to live.

As if to coincide with his father's death, a mysterious man, Tsukasa Nitta, comes into contact with Fuyuma, and Fuyuma gradually changes from his previous role as an older brother. What is Touma's true purpose?

The story is about a set of twin baby boys who were created/cloned in the laboratory as a part of gene altering/gene therapy experiment. Because of the nature of the project, the twins were born with superior physical strength, supernatural powers and extremely high IQ. Unfortunately, the twins were separated at birth. One of the brothers, Sei, grew up to be an elite bio-chemistry scientist in America. He was assigned to a project where he has to travel to a small island in Japan to investigate an unidentified virus that is spreading on the island. By a freak of nature, he found out that he has a twin brother, Rin, whose evil, dark personality is entirely opposite of him.

What is going to happen when they finally meet face to face? WHat are their true identities? Why were they separated at birth, what other secrets are hidden from them? Does the fast spreading virus has anything to do with the twins? Who created them? And why?
