When Peng Fei was young, his father died a sudden death. In order to find the truth of his father's death, Peng Fei entered the police academy and his teacher is coincidentally the man who was in charge of the case of his father's death, Meng Fan Sheng. With mixed feelings, Peng Fei, Li Wen Wen, Yang Si Guo, and others are teamed up to form the experimental class at the police academy. They work through the devil Meng's physical training and the new virtual reality mystery cases to grow and become stronger together. Later on, Peng Fei realizes that there may be a huge criminal group behind the death of his father. After Peng Fei graduates from police academy, endures hardships, goes undercover in the criminal group, with his fellow classmates, and with teachers collaborating on the outside, to destroy the criminal group, to find out the truth behind his father's death, and to reveal the "big boss" behind the whole scene.

Kiriko is known as Invisible, the crime coordinator in the underworld. She mediates transactions for organized criminals. Kiriko flies under the radar of many and even only a few in the police department are aware of her existence. One day, Kiriko suddenly offers to help the police arrest criminals. She is willing to provide information on unsolved cases and violent criminals. Her only condition is that she wants to work with Shimura Takafumi.

The son of the second generation owner of a traditional Japanese confectionery shop ‘Kururiya’ in Tokyo’s Kototoibashi, Kururi Takuzo was born and raised in Tokyo. He received a strict education from his father, who was a man with an old-fashioned way of thinking, and his skills in making the shop’s signature dango have surpassed his father’s. But in his personal life, he has divorced thrice and is a rather sloppy man to women. Now at the age of 55, he leads a carefree life. His hobby is to go for walks in town with the antique single-lens reflex camera that his father bought for him when he was a child, and capture the scenery of the good old-fashioned Tokyo which will change someday. In the middle of such days, Takuzo encounters women whom he is attracted to. He spends a time with each woman, talking over delicious alcohol and food while having a fleeting love. Will love work out for him?

The management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singer to the group as the lead vocal, Tae Kyung's voice was hurting. However,the new member, Mi Nam, had to go to the States to repair a botched eye job just before signing the contract. His agent came up with the idea of having his twin sister, Mi Nyu,to stand in for him and pretend that she was her brother. Eguchi Yosuke plays the character of Onishi Katsuo, a 35-year-old carpenter and former college football player who sees life almost in the same balance as a football game (guts and glory along with team spirit). One day he learns that his friend (a college football teammate) was killed when his house burned down. His friend's wife is in a coma and his four kids are now homeless, Eguchi has the children live with him (in his one room apartment) above his bosses home. At first, the children are still traumatized by what has happened, but if anything can help them regain hope, it's Katsuo's caring and energetic spirit

In 1990, Hagizaki Tatsuo, the accounting department chief of Ukishima Electric Works, was busy negotiating on getting a loan together with Sekino, the company's general manager. However, just as they were about to get the funds, Sekino was involved in a 200 million yen fraud and he later disappeared with the loan. The company decides to cover up the incident to protect its image, but Hagizaki wants to get to the bottom of the matter with the help of his newspaper reporter friend, Muraki. Hagizaki later notices that the case becomes darker and darker as he continues to investigate. He then meets a beautiful woman, Uezaki Etsuko, whom he believes hold the key to the entire incident.

The story is about Luo Yin Ran, the boss and chief costume designer of Cloud Workshop, and Mi Jiu’er, a bold, straightforward and heroic girl who lives true to her feelings. Mi Jiu Er gets mistaken for Lu Yi Ling, the manager of the Cloud Workshop, and she starts posing as Lu Yi Ling and gets involved in the Cloud Workshop's business.
