Cheuk Yuk (Bosco Wong)is a major figure in the financial industry who has no problems with crossing boundaries and playing dirty tricks for his own benefits. For this, he has long been a target of the Commercial Crime Bureau. Cheuk Yuk is much obsessed in the game of money and power, such that he neglects his family and friends. His wife and master have successively passed away because of him; however, he still felt no remorse, and instead, his ways have even worsened. Cheuk Yuk's brother-in-law, Chow San Yung (Ben Wong), being a member of the CCB, vows to have Cheuk Yuk prosecuted and brought to justice. His senior Ho Seung Yi (Sharon Chan) and subordinate Chi Nga (Kate Tsui) also work together with him to collect evidence. San Yung, at first, had high hopes for Chi Nga and even views her as his apprentice; however, Chi Nga suddenly resigns from her position as a CCB member and joins Cheuk Yuk's company. She first gains the trust of Cheuk Yuk's second wife, Fong Ming Yu (Nancy Wu) and then assists Cheuk Yuk to battle the female tycoon of the financial industry, Cha Pui Fan (Elena Kong). Eventually, Chi Nga seems to have the entire situation under her control, and even Cheuk Yuk's fiery ambition appears to have been engulfed. When on the battlefield of the financial industry, where there is countless bloodshed and slaughtering, who will decide the final victory?

Lee Na (Lee Hyo Ri) is a rising singer who was about to debut but tradegy struck her when she found out she had leukemia. Another girl took her place and sang her debut song at her concert. Now everybody thinks that the other girl is her. Jung Tae (Lee Dong Gun) survived a department store collapse only to find out that he has cancer. Lee Na and Jung Tae meet and fall in love.

Besides the return of familiar cast members Michael Miu, Bosco Wong, Ron Ng and Oscar Leung, as well as Joe Ma’s iconic character, Flying Tiger will also welcome a new microbiologist character played by Roger Kwok.

Mashiba Kurumi works as a publicist for "el Arco Iris", an interior design company that is becoming popular with young people on social media. She's a fashionista who cares a lot about her appearance and about what others think. She works hard to gain the admiration of her coworkers and boss, Hayama Shogo. Kurumi is so busy with work that she forgets to renew her lease on her apartment. Her friend Koko helps her find a new place... but it's a share house with 3 strangers! There's Fujino Shun, a minimalist chef who just wants to live a simple life. Then there's Terai Haruto, Shun's cousin who works as an online counselor to help people with their problems. Finally, there's Hase Ayaka, an aspiring artist who makes contemporary art while working part-time as a delivery driver at a high-end supermarket. And so these people of different ages, occupations, and values come together under one roof. Though their personalities clash, Kurumi falls in love, deepens her friendships, and learns to take off her "armor" and live as herself.

When heinous criminals avoid punishment from the law, all citizens over 18 years old receive a text message polling them on whether that person should receive the death penalty. If more than 50% respond in favor of the capital punishment, that person is killed by "Dog Mask" - unknown, working in virtual world persona. Meanwhile, the police chase after "Dog Mask" and three people become involved because of it:

Work, romance, and life take on a strange twist when a chance meeting at a bar between company salaryman Mayuzumi Kankuro (portrayed by comedian Akashiya Sanma) and his managing director's secretary (Suzuki Anju) leads to an engagement rumor. Soon fellow employees and family members are drawn into the mess. Kankuro's career with the company could be affected as things become complicated and misunderstandings occur in every step he makes in this romantic comedy, and things only get worse with his inability to set the rumor straight
