Chinese American musician Wei Wende travels to Guangxi, China, to collect local folk songs, hiring tour guide Liu Tiantian to trace the roots of the legendary singer "Liu San Jie." While exploring the diverse ethnic musical traditions, their relationship is complicated by romantic misunderstandings.

“Love Stories From Fukuoka” is a series of real-life stories submitted by viewers in Fukuoka about their personal experiences with love, loss and longing. All the stories are based in Fukuoka, the capital city of the Fukuoka Prefecture on Kyushu Island. When she discovers it is a Kuman Thong, she accidentally makes a blood sacrifice to it, unleashing the Jaroona spirit. They then call the BiXian for assistance, but even she isn't enough to stop the Jaroona. As a final resort, they call upon the BiXian's arch nemesis - Sadako. Now BiXian and Sadako have to put aside their differences and work together to defeat Jaroona and save You Mei.
