First-year students draw lots to determine their peer mentors and, by a stroke of fate, Arm lands himself in the exclusive circle of "Perfect 10 Liners," a group comprising extraordinary students from various years, with Yipun as his second-year peer mentor. Yipun entrusts him with the formidable task of managing the Engineer Cute Boy page, a widely popular online platform. Despite his reluctance, Arm performs admirably as the page's administrator. In response to many fan requests, he uploads a photo of third-year civil engineering student Arc, unaware of the prohibition against doing so. Not knowing the admin's identity, Arc sends a harsh message demanding the photo's deletion. Detesting Arc's rudeness, he develops a dislike for Arc before learning that Arc is his third-year mentor. Despite his reservations, Arm finds himself interacting with Arc with some frequency, for mentorship and otherwise. What Arm doesn't know is that he's been let into Arc's inner circle because Arc was smitten with him at first sight. On his first day of university, disaster strikes Gun hard. Hapless as he is, Gun manages to break a bathroom faucet. Fortunately, a classmate comes to his rescue. Amidst the chaos, however, Gun doesn't get a look at his saviour's face, just catching a glimpse of their shoes. Eventually, he tracks the shoes to Faifa and expresses his gratitude. As they get to know each other, Gun realises it was actually Yotha, Faifa's older Irish twin who he should be thanking.

Gu Chuan is a passion-filled, vibrant young man with his whole life ahead of him – until his life is turned upside down by a sudden traffic accident. He suffers life-threatening injuries to his heart and surgeons are able to save him by giving him an emergency heart transplant.

But when he recovers, he discovers that he is no longer allowed to perform most forms of exercise. Worse still, the doctors warn him that experiencing strong emotions could also end his life prematurely. He tries to return to normal life, but the changes he must make to his lifestyle take all the fizz out of his existence. He carefully avoids anything that could raise his heart rate – even if doing so turns him into a shadow of his former self. Things take another turn, however, when a woman named Jiang Xiao Yu comes to work at the company he and his friend set up. Jiang Xiao Yu’s own back story is also tinged with sadness: She was orphaned at an early age. Regardless, she is a veritable font of positivity.

Little by little, that positivity starts to rub off on Gu Chuan – but could this bond ever turn romantic, in spite of his condition?

Ishizawa Hajime works as a sales department chief for a trading company. The younger employees complain about the company, including having to work overtime and a lack of innovative working methods. Ishizawa Hajime looks at them with an intimidating glance and the young employees run away from him.

One rookie employee, Mugita Ayumi, begins to work in Hajime Ishizawa’s sales department. Mugita Ayumi tries to adjust to her new work environment, but it isn't for her. The only time she can feel comfortable is eating her lunch box at her desk alone. One day, while she is eating her lunch box alone as usual, Ishizawa Hajime appears in front of her.

As Mai deepens her ties with the people living in her two hometowns of Higashi Osaka and Goto, her dream eventually takes a new form. She gathers enthusiastic friends to build a small electric plane that can fly to and from the islands. Her dream becomes a wing that carries everyone’s dreams and takes off.
