Kojima Toru is a medical school student, but he is bored with his life that always seems the same. One day, he meets an architect, Asano Shifumi, and he is invited to her office. He enjoys a pleasant time with her. They drink coffee and listen to music. At that time, he sees a black and white photo of the Tokyo Tower on her office wall. He asks her if she likes the Tokyo Tower, and she replies that she does not because it looks lonely to her. Kojima Toru loves the time he spends with her. A couple of days later, he visits her office again and tells her that he wants to know more about her.

The story begins in the Northern Qi Kingdom. The prime minister Gu Qing Hong (Zhang Xiao Long) schemes to murder his wife Miao Qian Qian (Wang Li Kun), the daughter of an aristocratic family, together with her whole family. However, the Emperor of the Southern Liang Kingdom (Allen Ting)’s younger brother Xiao Feng Qing (Joe Cheng), who’s actually a half-alien, rescues Qian Qian. Qian Qian from then on lives under the name Nie Wu Shuang and enters the palace of the Liang Kingdom. A love triangle between Wu Shuang and the Xiao brothers ensues. But behind Wu Shuang’s necklace lies a huge secret: twenty years ago, a fairy came down to earth after war on the Phoenix Star broke out and she was pursued. There she saw a little girl, Qian Qian, who was about to drown. She then gave her the “Heavenly Tear”, a stone with a huge power: whoever owns it will be able to unify the country.

The drama centered around the work life of the employees at Will Auction, an auction house dealing in arts. Cha Yun Soo was a rookie hired by Will Auction even though she had no background in arts and what's more, her father was once convicted of art forgery. She overcame obstacles by working hard and proving that she could be trusted. She aspired to be an auctioneer like her superior, Min Soo Rin. Oh Yoon Jae was the senior specialist at the firm and would take any risk to uncover the truth.

In 1940, Chou Zi Gang, a progressive youth from the Yan’an Anti-Virus University, is suddenly appointed by the central government to establish the Yan’an Nursery. Chou Zi Gang refuses, saying, “I didn’t come to Yan’an to be the king of children. I didn’t expect Mao Ze Dong to be the first to send his daughter Mao Jiao Jiao to the nursery.”

Since then, the orphans of the martyrs, the descendants of the soldiers of the War of Resistance, and the children of revolutionary leaders such as Mao Ze Dong and Liu Bo Cheng are given to the rural women and aunts who are not well-educated or even illiterate. In 1947, when the Kuomintang bomb Yan’an, Mao Ze Dong and Zhou En Lai instruct that the nursery retreat with the first batch of Zhongzhi agencies. During the retreat, the team of more than 300 people and more than 100 carriages become violently attacked by the enemy.

Adapted from a real story and tells the story of the revolutionary experience of many revolutionary workers fighting to protect the red descendants during the Anti-Japanese War in the 1940s when the Party Central Committee established a nursery school in Yan’an.

Inspector Bo Fei Fung is suspected of being involved in criminal activities and betraying the police force after her husband Lau Wai Yi mysteriously disappears and becomes a prime suspect of corruption as a police detective himself.

Tomishima Heita has worked for a mid-sized construction company for the past 4 years. He is sincere and enjoys working with construction sites. One day, he is transferred to the business affairs department. The role of the business affairs department is to obtain contracts with large organizations like public utilities. The department is jeered by other workers and often referred to as the collusion department. Workers in the business affairs department struggle to win a 200 billion yen public works project. Is collusion a necessary evil? Heita agonizes over this question. Nevertheless, he begins to enjoy his work and his company takes the lead in winning the large contract. Meanwhile, a special prosecution team looks into corruption involving politicians and Heita becomes a target.
