First-year students draw lots to determine their peer mentors and, by a stroke of fate, Arm lands himself in the exclusive circle of "Perfect 10 Liners," a group comprising extraordinary students from various years, with Yipun as his second-year peer mentor. Yipun entrusts him with the formidable task of managing the Engineer Cute Boy page, a widely popular online platform. Despite his reluctance, Arm performs admirably as the page's administrator. In response to many fan requests, he uploads a photo of third-year civil engineering student Arc, unaware of the prohibition against doing so. Not knowing the admin's identity, Arc sends a harsh message demanding the photo's deletion. Detesting Arc's rudeness, he develops a dislike for Arc before learning that Arc is his third-year mentor. Despite his reservations, Arm finds himself interacting with Arc with some frequency, for mentorship and otherwise. What Arm doesn't know is that he's been let into Arc's inner circle because Arc was smitten with him at first sight. On his first day of university, disaster strikes Gun hard. Hapless as he is, Gun manages to break a bathroom faucet. Fortunately, a classmate comes to his rescue. Amidst the chaos, however, Gun doesn't get a look at his saviour's face, just catching a glimpse of their shoes. Eventually, he tracks the shoes to Faifa and expresses his gratitude. As they get to know each other, Gun realises it was actually Yotha, Faifa's older Irish twin who he should be thanking.

But unbeknownst to everybody is the fact that Dong Chul's younger brother, Dong Wook, was switched at birth with Tae Hwan's son, Myung Hun. Dong Wook grows up to become a prosecutor and vows to help his brother seek revenge. But what happens when they find out that they're not brothers? What will Dong Chul do when he finds out that his real brother was raised by Shin Tae Hwan and that the brother that was beside him all these years is the son of his enemy?

The plot focuses on three brothers who grew distant due to loses from the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. After reuniting years later, they are trapped in a big conspiracy plot against them.

The plot is based on the development achievements and governance experience of Zhili Town, Huzhou, Zhejiang, which tells the story of the children's clothing town from a "big factory" with poor environment and disorder to a harmonious and stable industrial new city where the people live in peace. In the play, Xia Dejun plays Wan Jiaming, a police officer from a community police station who was born in a scholarly family in Jiangnan and has a typical scholarly temperament; Zuo Xiaoqing plays the role of Qu Xiaohe, a retired female athlete who is sent to work in grassroots communities. This is the second drama broadcast by the male protagonist Xia Dejun after "Special Operations".

Guo Dai Xia, being hunted for her part in the Anti-Japanese arson group is appointed by an organization to return to Dalian. There she meets fellow Community party activist Jiazhuang. Despite their different temperaments, the two become reliable comrades and develop feelings for each other. However, the fight against the Kuomintang will not easily end.
