First-year students draw lots to determine their peer mentors and, by a stroke of fate, Arm lands himself in the exclusive circle of "Perfect 10 Liners," a group comprising extraordinary students from various years, with Yipun as his second-year peer mentor. Yipun entrusts him with the formidable task of managing the Engineer Cute Boy page, a widely popular online platform. Despite his reluctance, Arm performs admirably as the page's administrator. In response to many fan requests, he uploads a photo of third-year civil engineering student Arc, unaware of the prohibition against doing so. Not knowing the admin's identity, Arc sends a harsh message demanding the photo's deletion. Detesting Arc's rudeness, he develops a dislike for Arc before learning that Arc is his third-year mentor. Despite his reservations, Arm finds himself interacting with Arc with some frequency, for mentorship and otherwise. What Arm doesn't know is that he's been let into Arc's inner circle because Arc was smitten with him at first sight. On his first day of university, disaster strikes Gun hard. Hapless as he is, Gun manages to break a bathroom faucet. Fortunately, a classmate comes to his rescue. Amidst the chaos, however, Gun doesn't get a look at his saviour's face, just catching a glimpse of their shoes. Eventually, he tracks the shoes to Faifa and expresses his gratitude. As they get to know each other, Gun realises it was actually Yotha, Faifa's older Irish twin who he should be thanking.

The “Death Investigation Extension (D.I.E.)” in the police force was established to accommodate those who have been sent away by their supervisors. University student Sogawa Ichika inherits 5 trillion yen from her father all of a sudden and attempts are made on her life by his siblings. The avaricious family has struck a deal to let the person who kills Ichika first have all the money to himself or herself and tries all means to take her life. Ichika’s housekeeper hires the investigator Chikumagawa Hikaru, who has a perfect record of solving cases before they happen, to protect her.

In a residential area, a man is murdered by another man, who broke his apartment. Sergeant Kizaki, who is working near the area, hears a gunshot and runs towards the apartment. Detective Omura already is at the scene of the crime.

During their investigation,they get closer to finding out the identity of the killer. Soon, Sergeant Kizaki feels someone is behind the case. A girl then steps out from the shadows. Sergeant Kizaki feels she is linked to the murders somehow.
