Jay, an international student from Thailand, comes to Korea to see his friend Seong Hun. The two enrolled in the same college class called "Health and Happiness" and need to submit a physical body assessment for their final project. While Seong Hun already works out regularly, Jay isn't in the greatest shape and struggles in the gym. Enter Jin Uk, a personal trainer who takes a special interest in Jay, much to Seong Hun’s displeasure. However, there's something strange about Jin Uk. Despite his kindness toward Jay, suspicions begin to rise that Jin Uk may be involved in a murder and missing person incident. Is there a happy ending in store for Jay and Seong Hun, or will Jay's budding relationship with Jin Uk cost him an unspeakable price?

Despite initial misunderstandings and reservations from their families, Wichai and Anong find comfort in each other's company.

"Please" follows the stories of three best friends in the district, Sathorn.

Srinuan is the daughter of the village headman of Laantey, Ayudhaya. She is extremely beautiful and gifted in martial arts. These qualities lead to a continuous line of men who are always willing to win the heart of Srinuan. One of these suitors is Saming.

Lersun, a military cadet and son of the governor, decides to one day travel to Laantey during his school break. This is where he happens to see Srinuan for the first time while she is performing the traditional dance. It is love at first sight. This love is soon reciprocated and both Lersun and Srinuan quickly lose themselves to the depths of love and passion.

Eventually, school break comes to an end and Lersun has to go return. Before he leaves, he promises Srinuan that he will return and marry her. Unfortunately, upon his return, Lersun gets into an accident and loses his memories — completely forgetting about Srinuan.

In Bangkok, his mother arranges a marriage between him and Sroipetch who is the daughter of another prominent figure. Meanwhile, Srinuan also travels to Bangkok in order to meet her lover. Upon her arrival, she is faced with the heartbreak of Lersun behaving as if he does not know her and returns back to Laantey, heartbroken.

10 years after his young daughter became a victim in a case and slipped into a coma from which she has never awakened, Natsume Nobuto, a former officer at a juvenile detention centre, has turned into a policeman. Now over 40, this latecomer has been a rookie detective with the Violent Crimes Section at Higashi Ikebukuro Police Precinct’s Criminal Affairs Division for four months. The section is in charge of deadly crimes such as murder and robbery. Higashi Ikebukuro Police Precinct’s jurisdiction of east Ikebukuro is an area where an entertainment and nightlife district has spread out behind high-rise buildings while a short walk away is an old town streetscape. This district of contradictory elements is like looking at a microcosm of society with its many facets. Natsume teams up with the veteran detective Fukumori Seiichi and younger female detective Adachi Ryoko to deal with cases as he finds out the truth. Despite the heartrending pain he has been through, he still tries to believe in people despite his job of treating people with suspicion. There have been three suspicious fires believed to be acts of arson within the jurisdiction. One night, a fourth fire occurs. An apartment is burnt down, claiming the life of a man. The dead man is Sato Hideaki. He is the common-law husband of nurse Maeda Keiko and had been living together with her and her son Yuma, but the two of them could marry because of Yuma’s opposition. However, Fukumori and Ryoko learn through their inquiries that Sato had been tormenting mother and son over money matters. They head to the hospital where Keiko works. At the same time, Natsume has been intently watching Yuma who keeps playing the claw game at a game centre.
