Set in Harbin under the puppet Manchukuo regime in 1944, Song Zhuo Wen, an underground party member disguised as a railway police officer, is mistakenly identified by the head of the spy department, Guan Xue, as her lifesaver—but is actually Zhuo Wen's long-lost twin brother, Song Zhuo Wu. To uncover the ultimate mission of Kwantung Army officer Asano Daigo in Harbin, Zhuo Wen decides to use Guan Xue to infiltrate the spy department, but the sudden appearance of Zhuo Wu plunges him into unexpected trouble. Guan Xue is cold-blooded and suspicious, cruel and ruthless, while Zhuo Wu is impulsive by nature, often unintentionally sabotaging Zhuo Wen's operations. Only through the arrangements of their superiors do the brothers cooperate and protect each other, avoiding the overt and covert struggles among their colleagues in the spy department and eventually gaining the trust of Guan Xue and the Japanese officials. The little girl Pookie lost her parents in an accident. Her Grandma takes her in but she’s also very sick herself. So, that leave Pookie in the the hands of her evil jealous aunty (Joy) (Pookie’s dad:sister-in-law) Evil aunt wants to inherit the family fortune, so she abuses Pookie in every possible way. Haht (Son) is Pookie’s Mom’s younger brother. He is a strict and handsome Professor that many of his student droll over for. Someone had just moved in next door to him and is making all these reckless noises. That someone that just moved in next door is Artist Chinanang (Yam). She is the Aunty of the naughty little boy Look Mee. When Look Mee parents (Chinanang’s older brother and sister-in-law) went to work out of the country, she decides that she will move in next door with their Grandma for 2 years and help look after Look Mee until his parents comes back. Despite Haht and Chang's different personalities, both of them have one thing in common that will bring them closer to each other.

This 2 night special takes off during their graduation, where Chiaki-senpai & Nodame left for Europe. The first special centered on Chiaki's story, the story tells about Chiaki's dream to be a conductor. Nodame on the other hand attended the conservatory to attain her dream to one-day play the piano for Chiaki. After her hard work, Nodame was given a chance to have a mini recital. During the recital, Chiaki saw her worth and realized that he cannot go on with out her.
