Rawipreeya is an angel who lives in the sky. She wants to know about human life, but doesn't want to leave her astral body. Hajime Madoka is a police officer in the Special Accounts Section and has been dispatched from the headquarter to Mancho Police Station with a special order to cut costs. Madoka oversees the budget used on investigations and proposes cost-cutting measures to the detectives. At the same time, Madoka looks at cases from the angle of "money" and solves them using her unique methods.
