First-year students draw lots to determine their peer mentors and, by a stroke of fate, Arm lands himself in the exclusive circle of "Perfect 10 Liners," a group comprising extraordinary students from various years, with Yipun as his second-year peer mentor. Yipun entrusts him with the formidable task of managing the Engineer Cute Boy page, a widely popular online platform. Despite his reluctance, Arm performs admirably as the page's administrator. In response to many fan requests, he uploads a photo of third-year civil engineering student Arc, unaware of the prohibition against doing so. Not knowing the admin's identity, Arc sends a harsh message demanding the photo's deletion. Detesting Arc's rudeness, he develops a dislike for Arc before learning that Arc is his third-year mentor. Despite his reservations, Arm finds himself interacting with Arc with some frequency, for mentorship and otherwise. What Arm doesn't know is that he's been let into Arc's inner circle because Arc was smitten with him at first sight. On his first day of university, disaster strikes Gun hard. Hapless as he is, Gun manages to break a bathroom faucet. Fortunately, a classmate comes to his rescue. Amidst the chaos, however, Gun doesn't get a look at his saviour's face, just catching a glimpse of their shoes. Eventually, he tracks the shoes to Faifa and expresses his gratitude. As they get to know each other, Gun realises it was actually Yotha, Faifa's older Irish twin who he should be thanking.

Mayumi Sato (Miki Nakatani) has been married for 13 years to Hideaki (Hiroshi Tamaki). They have one daughter who attends a private middle school. Hideaki doesn't take the family's tight budget as seriously and he is uncooperative about doing housework. Mayumi is not happy with Hideaki’s attitude. Around this time, Taro Nasuda (Yusuke Santamaria) and his wife Ayako (Tae Kimura) visits a model house by a housing company where Hideaki works. Hideaki becomes attracted to Ayako.

"When You Are In Love" is fascinating with its extremely small size, detailing the appearance of urban young men and women in different periods of love. Each episode is only about 5 minutes, but they are all independent stories, telling wonderful love with a very short story length The content has become a major feature of the play. In the play, there is a small fortune in love, a small regret for love but not for love, a cooling after quarrel, and a madness for love, reflecting the truest urban life and creating a miniature "love apartment".

This unfolding story ensues when military desertion arrest squad members (DP), Jun Ho and Ho Yeol, run across absurdities and unchangeable reality on a regular basis.
