Yae, an unremarkable girl working in a café and living with a friend, finds herself unable to afford rent when her friend suddenly gets married, and she loses her job in the same day! It’s only when her boyfriend dumps her that she finally hits rock bottom.

She’s at her wits’ end when her childhood friend Takumi suddenly reappears into her life. Takumi suggests that Yae take on a part-time job as his “fake wife” for the next six months. He has his reasons for wanting people to think he’s married. Yae has no other choice but to accept his proposal, and in return receives housing and living expenses for playing the role of his “fake wife.”

So begins a “fake marriage” with a time limit. Unbeknownst to Yae, she was Takumi’s first love, even though she thinks of him as nothing more than a childhood friend. Takumi struggles awkwardly but earnestly to win Yae’s heart and find true love. Even though their marriage starts as a sham, will the day come when this couple can become something more?

A woman’s dead body is found wrapped in a khaki-coloured sheet and hung from the eaves of the upper floor of a run-down apartment building. A message seeming to claim responsibility for the crime has been pasted on the inside of the sheet, “Today, I caught a frog and experimented with a bagworm. As a result, it is extensively reported as a bizarre case by the media. Rookie detective Kotegawa Kazuya and the veteran Watase from the Saitama Prefectural Police’s First Investigation Division are put in charge of the investigation. Omaezaki Munetaka, who is an authority on criminal psychiatry, points out the childishness of the case and implies that it is likely to lead to serial killings. Kotegawa and Watase pursue the killer, but a second murder takes place before they are able to find any leads. This time, a crushed dead body is discovered in the trunk of a car at a factory for scrap cars. A similar message is found at the scene, and the criminal called Frog Man plunges the residents into fear and confusion. Will Kotegawa and Watase be able to reveal the identity of the Frog Man and arrest him?

The film will continue the story from the drama of the same name.

9 years after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, two murder cases take place in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. The two victims are assumed to have been murdered by the same person. Both of the victims were tied all over their body and starved to death. Yasuhisa Tone emerges as a suspect in the murders. Yasuhisa Tone was just recently released from prison. In his past, he committed arson and injured someone to protect his acquaintance. Detective Seiichiro Tomashino discovers a common link between the two victims and chases after Yasuhisa Tone.

An anonymous letter is delivered to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The letter states that a criminal of a murder case will appear at the countdown party Masquerade Night that will be held at Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. Detective Kosuke Nitta (Takuya Kimura) must go undercover and work again at the Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. There, he meets Naomi Yamagishi (Masami Nagasawa), who works as a concierge. Without any information about the criminal, except that the person will be in attendance, Detective Kosuke Nitta works feverishly to find the criminal among the 500 attendees.

Sara Masaki is a detective of Investigation Team 1 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. His colleague, Detective Saito Kota, dies during an investigation of a murder case. Afterward, Masaki is transferred to the Personnel Department 1 of the Inspection Division. He still suffers from the death of his colleague. The other workers around Masaki are hostile to him. One day, a letter reaches the personnel department. The letter claims that Detective Minaguchi Nako leaks secret information. Detective Nako used to work with Masaki Investigation Team 1. Masaki begins to investigate the claim in the letter. His investigation leads him to the unsolved case of the death of his colleague.

Himura Kenshin is a legendary swordsman who has stopped killing people with his sword. Instead, he uses a dull-edged sword. On Christmas Eve, a TV broadcasting station receives a phone call. The caller warns "I have set up a bomb at Ebisu in Tokyo." A contract worker for the TV broadcasting station and a housewife are accused by the Ebisu police as being the culprits. During this chaotic situation, a mysterious man silently watches as everything unfolds. A video clip is then uploaded to an online video website. The video contains a demand to talk with the Prime Minister during a live broadcast or a bomb will be detonated at 6 pm in Shibuya, Tokyo. Who is behind the bombings and who will stop them?

Naomi works for a small publishing company, located outside of a city. One day, her parents suddenly die. Due to her uncle’s arrangement, she lives in a high-rise apartment building in the city. She is surrounded by people who are close to her, but she suffers from loneliness due to her parents’ deaths. Naomi happens to meet popular actor Morinori, who lives in the same apartment building. They develop a romantic relationship.

Yamada Atsuhisa is an ordinary man, with a wife and a 5-year-old daughter. He is close to his childhood friend Takeda. One day, Atsuhisa leaves his office during work hours and goes back home early. The literature club has a total of 5 members, with the other members being Niina Sugawara, Rika Sonezaki, Momoko Sudo and Hitoha Hongo. The five girls all have unique personalities, but they are also not very popular and even ridiculed by other students. They are far from having any romantic relationships. When Kazusa Onodera reads books with explicit stories, she feels embarrassed, but also interested. One day, members of the literature club talk about what they what want to do before they die. Thinking about those explicit stories, Niina Sugawara blurts out ...

The Mobile Investigative Unit (known as "MIU") of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department attempts to solve cases within 24 hours.

Detective Shima Kazumi is selected as a new member of MIU. He is intelligent, with excellent observation and communication skills. Yet, he does not trust other people. He is unable to find a partner in MIU and is ordered to partner with Police Officer Ibuki Ai, who works at a police substation. Ibuki applied for MIU, but he failed. He is in excellent physical condition, but he lacks knowledge and experience as a detective. Shima learns about Ibuki's background and he becomes more nervous. Finally, Shima has his first meeting with Ibuki.

Typically thieves enter a house, steal things and get out. This time an unsuspecting thief enters a home to steal as much as he can and instead is faced with an occupant inside the house. There is a woman within who is going to commit a murder. She is also about to set the place ablaze. The thief stops her and in the process the criminal becomes the one stopping a crime. The situation is connected to a case from some twenty years go.

Kasuga Takao is a boy who loves reading books, particularly Baudelaire's Les Fleurs du Mal. A girl at his school, Saeki Nanako, is his muse and his Venus, and he admires her from a distance. One day, he forgets his copy of Les Fleurs du Mal in the classroom and runs back alone to pick it up. In the classroom, he finds not only his book but Saeki's gym uniform. On a mad impulse, he steals it.

Now everyone knows "some pervert" stole Saeki's uniform, and Kasuga is dying with shame and guilt. Furthermore, the weird, creepy, and friendless girl of the class, Nakamura, saw him take the uniform. Instead of revealing it was him, she recognizes his kindred deviant spirit and uses her knowledge to take control of his life. Will it be possible for Kasuga to get closer to Saeki, despite Nakamura's meddling and his dark secret? What exactly does Nakamura intend to do with him?

Three murder cases take place in Tokyo. Numbers are left at the murder scenes, possibly hinting at where the next murder will take place. An investigation begins of the serial killer and Detective Nitta Kosuke works on the case. He believes the next murder will take place at Hotel Koruteshia Tokyo. To catch the killer, Kosuke goes undercover and begins working at the front desk of the hotel.

A gathering of the top brass of the prefectural police headquarters, dubbed “Entaku Kaigi” or roundtable conference, is held in a special private room at Tamayoshien, the most exclusive Chinese restaurant in W Prefecture. One woman is summoned to this tremendously powerful roundtable, which is the highest decision-making body. She is an inspector called Matsunaga Nahoko. Nahoko pushes herself every day with the intention of becoming a member of this roundtable in order to pave the way for female police officers in the prefectural police which remains chauvinistic and old-fashioned. Her job is a position that can be called “police among the police” and she exposes mistakes and the truth about cases to clean up issues before they become detrimental to the prefectural police. She holds her own with female police officers in the various police precincts, making full use of her powers of observation and insight. However, none of them are easy women. Even so, Nahoko is broad-minded enough to be tolerant with an eye toward joining the Entaku Kaigi. But each woman seems to have some sort of secret…

Iga Ken works at a family restaurant. He is sincere, but rigid in his ways. He can't even fake smiles for his customers. Kan doesn't have a good reputation with his co-workers or customers, but Kurosu Kanako recognizes something in him. Kanako is a mysterious woman. She tells Kan that she is going to open a French restaurant soon and that "The staff needs originality. You will be a good serviceman."

The French restaurant is located in a cemetery, which is itself away from the busy streets and residential areas. The staff at the French restaurant do not appear suited for such a restaurant. Kawai Taichi was once an apprentice to become a hairdresser. Tsutsumi Keitaro worked as the manager of a rice & beef bowl restaurant for 5 years. Ozawa Yukio worked as a chef, but all of the restaurants where he worked went out of business. Lastly, Yamagata Shigeomi worked as a sommelier after he retired as a bank executive. Why does Kanako gather these people? Will the French restaurant open?

Oshii Takashi is a detective with excellent reasoning power. Unfortunately, he usually misses the criminal in front of him and other detectives get recognition for the capture. He is transferred to the Utobashi Police Station.

Oshii Takashi goes to a record company CEO's house. The CEO's third son was burned to death. The police are set to conclude that his death was an accident, but Oshii Takashi thinks otherwise. Oshii Takashi begins to investigate.

Junko Harumi was once a model student during her middle school and high school days. She failed to enter the prestigious Tokyo University and her life has not gone smoothly since then. She had a hard time finding a job and having a romantic relationship. Now, at the age of 31, she works as a teacher at a private institute. 3 men, who vary in type, appear in front of her. Masashi Yakumo is her smart cousin that went to Tokyo University, Kyohei Yuri is a disorderly high school student and Kazuma Yamashita is Kyohei ’s teacher in high school.

Akiba used to be a successful businessman. Now he spends his days working on developing mobile apps. He settles down at Koshiro’s office. Koshiro runs a temp agency, which is experiencing financial distress. Koshiro dreams of becoming a successful businessman.

One day, Akiba and Koshiro meet Eri as she is being chased by a loan shark. Eri begins to live with Akiba and Koshiro.

Meanwhile, Isao knows Akiba from their past. He now runs a successful investment company and dominates people with his wealth.

Noriko is a university student. By her mother’s recommendation, Noriko begins attending a Japanese tea ceremony near her house with her cousin Michiko. There, Noriko learns from Teacher Takeda. Noriko now has the Japanese tea ceremony in her life and it's there for her during moments when she is sad or happy.

The story is about a reporter Kayama Satoshi searching for the truth of the death of his 2-year-old son in a tragic accident which also involves his wife, Kayama Mitsue.

Saito Hiroshi is a kind-hearted young man who grew up in a loving family. He is to start working in a long-established insurance company. Waiting for him on the first day is the strict HR employee Tsubaki Mako. The new employees start their 2 weeks training and the first thing Mako imposed on newcomers on the first day is to write "retirement wish". Mako declares that 50 new recruits will be narrowed down to 10 people on spot while training.

After graduating from college, Hiroshi Miyamoto (Sosuke Ikematsu) begins work as a salesman for a stationary manufacturer. Hiroshi Miyamoto is inexperienced as a salesman and his work doesn't go well. He then falls in love with Misako Koda at first sight. She works as a receptionist for automobile company Toyosan. Hiroshi Miyamoto looks for his chance to talk to her. He finally gets his chance, but ...

Hiroto Miyama is a poor lawyer who takes on criminal cases, but unable to make money. He pursues the truth for the 0.1% out of Japan's 99.9% conviction rate. One day, Hiroto is scouted by Haruhiko Madarame. Haruhiko Madarame is the head of Madarame Law Firm which is one of the biggest law firms among the 4 big law firms. Hiroto Miyama begins to work with Atsuhiro Sada. Atsuhiro Sada is a lawyer specializing in civil cases and makes lots of money for the law firm. He doesn't have any interest in criminal cases which can not make money.

Set in the 1920's, during the Japanese occupation of South Korea, Lee Jung Chool was once a member of the Korean independence movement, but he now works as a police officer for Japan. He receives an order to take down the Korean independence group the Righteous Brotherhood.

Lee Jung Chool introduces himself to art dealer Kim Woo-Jin (Gong Yoo) and pretends to be interested in his Korean artworks. In actuality, Kim Woo-Jin is the regional leader of the Righteous Brotherhood. Both of these men are well aware of each other's true identities and intentions, but get closer to each other seeking out more information.

The Righteous Brotherhood learn there are spies within their group and attempt to clamp down on the moles. Soon, the identities of Righteous Brotherhood members are leaked and they flee to Shanghai, China. Meanwhile, Lee Jung-Chool and Japanese police officer Hashimoto (Um Tae-Goo) lead forces to Shanghai, China. There, members of the Righteous Brotherhood decide to acquire explosive for an attack on the Japanese government in Korea.

He is a brilliant system engineer who is an up-and-comer at his company. In his private life, he has a fiancée. Just when he was at the pinnacle of joy, he suddenly disappears from the face of the earth. "No, you're not Todo Shinichi." Even the name on his official family registry and certificate of residence has been changed. Natsu Kamijo (Kyoko Hasegawa) lives in company housing. One morning, she hears a rumor from the other housewives. The rumor is that Rie Komaki (Naho Toda), who is friends with Natsu, has left her husband and son for her boyfriend. Natsu believes that family is more important than anything else, finds the rumor difficult to believe. Natsu receives a phone call from Rie Komaki. Rie tells Natsu that she now feels faithful as a woman and her tone is very bright. Ryu Saeki (Ryo Narita) is a young man that moves in downstairs from Natsu. Ryu works in the same department as Natsu’s husband Yoshiyuki (Shingo Tsurumi). Natsu develops feelings for Ryu.

Sawada Michiko, a temporary staff who works for a trading company, has just had her heart broken. On one of the boring days Michiko has been leading, her boss, Kurokawa Atsuko, makes an unexpected suggestion to her. “Exchange lunch with me.” Unable to go against Atsuko, Michiko reluctantly complies. In doing so, she soon realises the profundity of food and starts to change. Atsuko, whom people call Akko-chan, is feared by the people around her and has extensive contacts. What is her true character?

Hikari (Kyoko Fukada) has to take care of her sick mother and two younger brothers. They are informed that their missing father has died, and later find out he left them a huge 10 million yen debt. They are a very poor family. They have no money or food. To pay off the debt, Hikari lands a cleaning job at the UBS TV company. On the other side, there's Masako Nagai (Matsushita Yuki), a struggling UBS TV drama producer. The men she works with are somewhat sexist. Through an incident within UBS, Masako discovers Hikari's talents as a creative person with a great imagination for drama writing. With no allies within UBS, she decides to hire Hikari, training her to be an assistant producer. Hikari's happiness is keeping her family fed and paying off her father's debt. Masako's happiness is to gain respect within UBS by excelling as a drama producer.

Kitamura Kazuki and Hamada Gaku will be co-leads in the upcoming BS Sky Perfect! drama series "Hamon" which will be shown from 9 January at 9pm on Fridays. The drama which is based on the 51st Naoki Award winning novel by Kurokawa Hiroyuki, features Kitamura as a smart and well-built gangster who works together with a consultant at a construction company (Hamada) to expose the evil deeds of bad people in Osaka. As the story will not be a replica of the novel, Kurokawa expressed great anticipation in that the drama will be very interesting since it is produced by Sky Perfect and will have a larger degree of freedom.

May 9, 2003 - The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) launches its unmanned spacecraft Hayabusa into orbit. Its mission is to collect samples from a near Earth asteroid named 25143 Itokawa. Hayabusa is scheduled to make contact with the asteroid in November 2005. As the spacecraft approaches its rendezvous date with the asteroid problems arise for the JAXA staff back on Earth. 

July 1590, Odawara. Toyotomi Hideyoshi's army had surrounded the Odawara Castle for over three months, hoping to conquer this last obstacle to his dream of the country's unification.

Standing at the gate of the castle, a lone man facing the menacing guards shouted out: "Do not throw your lives away. Treasure living!". Not long after, the castle gates opened and the reigning lord surrendered. The name of that man is Kuroda Kanbee. An excellent military strategist, he worked hand-in-hand with Hideyoshi to unify the country.

Kanbee's family had fled to Harima, and were relatively poor. As the protege of Kodera Masamoto, Kanbee was very much trusted and relied upon by his lord liege. However, Kodera was suspicious of Kanbee's father, Mototaka, thinking that he was trying to usurp his power. One day, Kodera decided to match-make Kanbee with the daughter of Kushihashi, another one of his vassals. Kushihashi's son, who was of the same age as Kanbee, intensely disliked Kanbee and objected to the match. Since this was the order of Kodera, they had no choice but to marry the youngest daughter, Teru, to Kanbee. On Kuroda clan side, in order to assuage their lord liege's suspicions, Mototaka decided to step down, and made Kanbee the head of the clan. Kanbee was but 22 years old. Kanbee and Teru were married, and they were blessed with a son soon after, but when many years had passed and yet Teru couldn't seem to conceive a second child, Kanbee decided to adopt the young children of his vassals as his proteges who became known as "Kuroda's warriors".

When Kanbee turned 30, a revolutionary young lord was slowly laying siege to all the various shogunates, aiming for a unified Japan. Harima became the place where the clash between Oda and Mori Terumoto was set. Kanbee was very attracted to Oda's unification plans, and had gone to Gifu Castle to meet up with him. There, he became acquainted with Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and soon became Hideyoshi's right-hand man, marking the birth of Gunshi Kanbee.

Kuraki Naotake is the top ace of the Public Safety Department. Osugi Ryota is a top-notch straight-talking detective from the MPD. Akeboshi Misa is an investigator from the Public Safety Department. Together, the 3 of them investigate on the bombing incident in Shinjuku. Naotake had specifically requested to be on the investigation team as he had lost his wife in the said incident.

The plot revolves around a young man named Nagashima Kyohei who has felt emotionally detached due to a traumatic incident in his high school days. However, when he takes a job sorting through the personal belongings of the deceased, he's forced to face the concept of life and death. He eventually develops a relationship with a co-worker named Yuki Kubota, which allows him to open up a little more, but he soon discovers she has a dark past of her own.

Amanogawa High School has become the center of strange happenings, and things only get stranger when the bad boy styled transfer student Gentaro Kisaragi attempts to make friends in his own unique way, reuniting with childhood friend and self-professed space travel otaku Yuki Jojima, all while gaining the ire of loner Kengo Utahoshi. When the campus becomes overrun with monstrous constructs called Zodiarts, Kengo and Yuki attempt to use the strange devices they have found in the Rabbit Hatch lunar base that they access through a locker on an off-limits part of campus to fight them. However, Gentaro interferes in their plans, in part due to Kengo's body unable to handle the strains of battle, and uses the devices to transform into Fourze. Upon learning of other heroes called Kamen Riders, Gentaro creates the Kamen Rider Club whose membership includes Yuki, Kengo, the school's queen bee Miu Kazashiro, Miu's jock ex-boyfriend Shun Daimonji, garishly styled social butterfly JK and goth girl Tomoko Nozama. Later joined by Ryusei Sakuta, a transfer student who transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor, and their teacher Mr. Chuta Ohsugi, the Kamen Rider Club and Kamen Rider Fourze learn of the Horoscopes, an evolved group of Zodiarts who have been orchestrating events on the school grounds to build up their ranks. As the battle escalates, the Horoscopes sets their motions to their final phase of their master plan before Kengo discovers his true existence.

Kurosaki is a young man whose family was destroyed by swindlers. He gows up and become a swindler himself, known as Kurosagi. He swindles other con artists and returns the money to the original victim. He works with the master swindler Katsuragi Toshio even though Toshio had a hand in the destruction of Kurosaki's family.

He's life begins to change when he meets Yoshikawa Tsurara, a young law student who disapproves of his disrespect of the law.

This drama pits two protagonists against each other. On the one hand there's Makoto, a woman who believes that the TV program is a product and that viewer ratings are the proceeds, and who believes any method is fair in getting those ratings. On the other hand there's Hiromi, a flashy sort of guy who claims that life is to enjoy and boasts that the program is simply a tool in that process. He loves wine, women and gambling. Such a pair is bound to mix like oil and water, but following a fateful reunion, they come to understand each other in the midst of confrontation.
