The Dark Science Empire Desdark launches its scheme for world conquest from their Destopia Castle in Germany. Dr. Hideki Hongo, founder of the Future Science Laboratory, is saved from one of their attacks by world class explorer Kenichi Akama. Using his Computer Boys & Girls, Hongo recruits five people, including Akama, to form the Dai Sentai Goggle-V (Goggle Five), the only force capable of stopping Desdark.

The mythical nine-tailed fox, or gumiho, Lee Yeon had to settle in the city many centuries ago. Able to transform into human form, he eradicates supernatural beings that threaten the mortal world. His real aim is to find the reincarnation of his lost first love.

The talented television producer Nam Ji Ah works in a show that features urban myths. In the past, her parents were involved in a mysterious car accident and disappeared, and she suspects that Lee Yeon might be connected with this accident.

The half-brother to Lee Yeon is the captivating Lee Rang. Despite being half-human himself, he harbors a deep-seated contempt for all people. For sport, he will unleash his seductive prowess upon his human-du-jour, by promising to grant them their wishes, only to trick them into paying a hefty price for their earthly desires.

The story begins when a mysterious girl named Rita gathers heroes from Super Sentai teams to the planet Nemesis. The heroes are told that any wish they desire will come true if they can win the “Super Sentai Greatest Battle” tournament. Once every 500 years, it is said that a universe spanning paranormal phenomenon called the "Moebius Connect" will occur during the turning point of an era, and indeed the Heisei Era is seemingly ending in 2019―― The Super Sentai have gathered and the "Super Sentai Strongest Battle" will be held. The winner of this battle it is said can have their "wish" granted. Warriors, who have been summoned one after another, appear in the battlegrounds. The warriors of the 42 summoned Sentai were shuffled and split into five man teams, such as the Vehicle Team and the Animal Team, and each team's opposition to one another in the Super Sentai Strongest Decisive Battle began. In order to have their wish fulfilled, in order to take the title of "strongest", an intense battle will unfold.

Lee Yeon gets involved in an unexpected case that leads him to travel back in time to the year 1938. There, Lee Yeon meets Ryu Hong Joo again. She was once a guardian spirt of a mountain in the west, but in 1938 she is the owner of the best high-end restaurant Myoyeongak in the capital city of Gyeongseong. When Ryu Hong Joo met Lee Yeon for the first time, she was fascinated by him, but she couldn’t have him. Now, she meets him again and she feels excitement. Lee Yeon also meets his younger brother Lee Rang. Meanwhile, Cheon Moo Young used to be a guardian spirit of a mountain in the east and he used to be friends with Lee Yeon and Ryu Hong Joo. A case led Cheon Moo Young to become hostile towards him. Lee Yeon struggles to go back to the present day where his loved one lives.

The 3 episode spinoff will tell the story of Lee Rang and Ki Yoo Ri before and during the events of "Tale of the Nine-Tailed."

The special depicts the origins of Racules Hastie and his rise to kinghood of Shugoddam as Ohkuwagata Ohger.

Juken Sentai Gekiranger: Gyun-Gyun! Fist Sage Great Athletic Meet is a DVD special of Juken Sentai Gekiranger given out with the December issue of Terebi Magazine. After their latest win, the three Gekirangers find the Kensei stretching for their annual Kensei Great Athletic Meet. Jan, wanting to win the gold medal and a year's supply of Terebi magazines, joins the Red Team (Sharkie, Bat, Elehung) to go against the White Team (Sha-Fu and the Master Triangle). With Retsu as judge and Ran as moderator, the contest starts with the dunking match, as clips of the training results of Bat Li, Elehung, and Sharkie are shown, ending with the white Team winning by default. In the second match, a horse-riding match, the White Team had the advantage due to the Master Triangle's teamwork, with clips of their training results shown. But due to the banana Gorie dropped prior to the match starting, the Red Team wins. In the tie breaker, a one-on-one Sumo match between Gorie and Sharkie. But neither refuse to lose, using the Double-Double Clone Fist to take their fight outside SCRTC. Sharkie's attacks have no effect until he managed to use Gorie's strength to make the win for the red team. Despite the White Team's losing, Sha-Fu steals the magazines, with the red team and the Gekirangers in pursuit. After Sha-Fu is disciplined, seeing he needs more training himself, the DVD ends with a clip show of the series from Lessons 1 to 35.
