In the movie, Kairi, Touma, and Umika are abducted by Minato Hoshi from a parallel universe. The international police who just happened to be at the scene encountered an interference in the investigation when Lucky arrived. The only thing left behind at the scene of the crime was Minato’s guitar. Lucky was then arrested and tried to convince the Patrangers to no avail that he’s a savior, a member of the Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger, and that the Earth is in danger. While Keiichiro, Sakuya, Tsukasa, and Noel were reaching a trade agreement to save the Lupinrangers, a triple status Gangler named Rirus Lippig appeared. While the thieves were saved, Minato’s guitar was taken instead by Rirus.

Behind the scenes of it all is the Space Shogunate Jark Matter’s Don Armage, who sought to take hold of Jark Matter’s Hidden Treasure, concealed within the guitar. To do so, he joined forces with Rirus.

While an evil group is unifying to take over the Earth, the Lupinrangers, Patrangers, and Kyuranger’s plan to turn the tables is…nothing? What will become of the three teams’ battle?

Set four years after Don Armage's defeat, the universe is now at peace, until Hammie from the Kyurangers suddenly steals the newly developed Neo Kyutama, and her fellow Kyuranger and Space Federation President Tsurugi Ōtori is forced to declare her a wanted criminal due the danger the Neo Kyutama poses should it fall into the wrong hands. Lucky and some of the Kyurangers refuse to believe Hammie became evil and contest Tsurugi's decision, causing a rift amidst the team that worsens when Space Sherrifs Geki Jumonji and Shu Karasuma intervene. Little they know that the events are masterminded by the Genmakuu organization, now under the leadership of Space Ninja Demost who also revived Mere, Juzo Fuwa, Basco Ta Jolokia and Escape to assist him in his plan.

After waking up from a month-long coma due to injuries sustained in a reckless, heated investigation, detective Yashiro Tomo quickly returns to work at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. She is ordered to transfer from the First Investigative Division’s Violent Crimes Unit to the Sixth Special Investigations Unit. Located in the basement, it is in charge of deciphering documents of unsolved cases. Despite Tomo’s bewilderment, she begins work in her new postalong with a brusque senior detective Narumi Risa who is called the expert of document deciphering for her unusual ability to predict the personality and thoughts of a writer from writings. However, the reality is that this kind of work is nothing more than that of a “storekeeper” of investigation materials.

High school student Shinichi Kudo (Junpei Mizobata) and childhood friend Ran Mouri (Shiori Kutsuna) are private detectives.

Right after they leave a nail salon on the first floor of a mansion they hear a man screaming. When Shinichi and Ran arrive there, cameraman Yuhei Tsubouchi (Akira) and an assistant lie on the ground bleeding. The owner of the house and model Momoko Aida are dead.

The investigation begins. The cameraman's assistant testifies that he was by an iron-bar by a man who came from another room. Yuhei, who is Momoko's brother-in-law, asks the detectives to catch the criminal. A puzzling aspect about the case is that the criminal used an iron-bar, but the model was strangled to death. Can Shinichi uncover the truth?
