She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

In the third installment of the series, the Grand Empress has come back for another run at the gang. At the frustration of Yong Qi's lack of heir, the Grand Empress has made Yong Qi marry another girl so that he may produce a son and maybe one day become the emperor. Xiao Jian, Xiao Yan Zi's brother is in love with Qing Er, but he has a grudge with the emperor for killing their parents many years ago. Yong Qi chose to be the hero and sacrificed himself so that Qing Er and Xiao Jian could be together. What is worse is that the nation bordering China is going into war and Er Kang became drafted. Due to Tsukasa leaving town, the band breaks up, and though Yoko finds herself lonely, she puts on a strong act in front of Tsukasa. She can't tell Tsukasa how she truly feels for him. On the day Tsukasa leaves for Tokyo, Yoko goes along with the band members to the airport to see him off. The guys get excited when they see some cabin crew ladies and Yoko has no idea why. She reminds them that even she can wear a uniform, but the guys only make fun of her. That's when Tsukasa tells Yoko he wonders what she'd look like dressed in uniform. This is when Yoko decides she wants to work as a Cabin Attendant.

The body of a young lady, who had been fatally stabbed in a back alley of Yokohama’s shopping and entertainment district, is discovered. Four detectives from the Fourth Section of Minato-cho Police Precinct’s Criminal Affairs Division – Togashi Masayoshi, Iinuma Reiko, Shibata Yasuharu and Yamashita Manabu – quickly rush to the scene. Togashi finds something in the pocket of the dead body and nonchalantly hides it in his own suit. He presumes Reiko and the others will turn a blind eye even though they have noticed it. Detectives from the prefectural police’s First Investigative Division arrive shortly after that. The members of the Fourth Section, who have been deprived of their right to investigate by the First Investigative Division, dejectedly walk away from the scene. However, they secretly begin their own investigation. Three days later, Satonaka Keiichiro, the Fourth Section’s new chief, arrives. Satonaka himself believes he has been demoted to the precinct because of he denounced the unfair appointment of the prefectural police chief’s nephew. However, the objective of Maejima Ryuzo, the head of police administration who sent him into Minato-cho Police Precinct, is to let Satonaka keep tabs on Togashi and the Fourth Section. Maejima warns Satonaka that there is a “bad rumour” about the Fourth Section. Togashi and the others are seen as misusing their high arrest rate and frequently disobeying the orders of the prefectural police. In fact, they are even suspected of all kinds of illegal activities which include extorting confessions under duress, having cosy ties with crime syndicates and accepting bribes. Tokunaga Yasushi, the former section head who was investigating the facts, had lost his footing on the rooftop of a building while pursuing a robber and had fallen to his death... Was Tokunaga’s death really an accident?! Satonaka regards his new subordinates with caution but the four of them are unexpectedly affable and excellent detectives, especially Togashi who is a stimulating and gallant man. They give Satonaka a thorough report on the investigation into the murder which occurred three days ago, and say that they are searching for eyewitnesses in line with the prefectural police’s position that it was a “random attack”. He feels relieved to see their serious manner. However, several days later, Satonaka discovers that their entire report was nonsense...!

Kishi Minetaro is a skilled and serious-minded plastic surgeon. He looks down on doctors earning money through cosmetic surgeries as well as on women asking for such medical procedures. However, having to repay his father's debt, Minetaro chooses lucrative work at a clinic specializing in aesthetic plastic surgery.

The clinic is full of beautiful women, including the director Yukawa Mari, who is well known for her skills in breast reconstruction, a highly-trusted doctor Ichii Mutsumi, and a cheerful nurse Kishitani Aoi. But most of them have already had some work done to their faces, and they strongly believe that “faces are for lives.”

Various types of patients visit this clinic. As Minetaro needs to keep this job to continue paying off the debt, he has no choice but to respond to the patients' selfish requests, such as, “I need my previous face back because my husband suspects that I may cheat on him now that I have a surgically-altered, young-looking face,” or “I want to change my face and look different from my twin sister.” But their wishes makes him wonder...If they change their appearances, will their futures become brighter? Will their worries disappear?

“Beauty” is the keyword set in this human drama, depicting the true feelings of women through the eyes of a surgeon who isn't attuned to reading a woman's mind.
