Keep Running is a chinese reality-variety show where stars 7 regular members. In each episode, they must complete missions at famous landmarks to win the race. The missions almost always feature running, hence the title, and the name tag ripping.

Two people are brought together by their connection to a horrible event and work together to solve the case.

Choi Moo Gak lost his younger sister, Eun Seol, in a senseless killing known as the “Bar Code Murders” three years ago. Devastated by the loss, Moo Gak becomes a police officer to try to catch the perpetrator, who is still at large. He meets Oh Cho Rim, a woman who survived the event but lost her memory and acquired the unusual ability to visualize smells. Can Moo Gak and Cho Rim work together to catch the “Bar Code Murderer” and heal each other’s wounds?

Celebrity dads are left to care for their kids alone for 48 hours without the help of anyone, while their wives leave the home to enjoy some relaxing time off. The wives are shown leaving the home before the 48 hours begins and coming back to greet their family once the 48 hours have ended. During the 48 hours, the dads and children are either doing a task the wives have written out for the dads to complete or the dads exploring new activities with their kids. Occasionally celebrity friends of the dads will stop by to interact with the kids.

Jin Ah is the former leader of idol group Purple, one of the first generation of girl groups in South Korea and also the most popular at that time. She now hosts the radio program "Wonderful Radio," but the program suffers from low ratings. The show's producer then takes time off to give birth. Her replacement is Lee Jae Hyeok. Jin Ah is late for her first meeting with PD Lee Jae Hyeok. Because of this, PD Lee Jae Hyeok gets an unfavorable impression of Jin Ah and their relationship soon turns worse. During the meeting, PD Lee Jae Hyeok instructs the staff to create a new section for the radio program to increase ratings.
