After the downfall of Gorgom, Kohtaro Minami has gotten a job as a helicopter pilot in a business owned by the Sahara family, who have also taken him into their home. Kohtaro is later captured by the Crisis Empire and offered a place in their group. When Kohtaro refused, his King Stone was shattered and he was thrown into space where the sun's radiation mutated his King Stone and he mutated into Kamen Rider BLACK RX. With his new powers, he battles the Crisis Empire and thwarts their plans to take over Earth.

Doctor Keitarou Shido, an acclaimed scientist, has been kidnapped by the terrorist organization Neo-Shocker in order to exploit his expertise in robotics technology. Desperate to escape, he convinces Neo-Shocker command to allow him to operate on an injured camper. Explaining that he can turn the camper, Hiroshi Tsukuba, into a powerful Neo-Shocker warrior, they allow Doctor Shido to operate. However, he quickly turns the tables on them, transforming Hiroshi not into an evil kaijin, but into the powerful warrior Skyrider, using his newfound abilities to combat the evil Neo-Shocker menace.

Shigeru Jō joins the evil organization Black Satan after the death of his close friend Gorō Numata, who he considered his mentor. He, promised power, and fueled by a desire for revenge, undergoes surgery to become one of Black Satan's super warriors. However, Shigeru knows that Black Satan were in fact the murderers of his friend; he was using Black Satan in order to gain new powers. The newly powered up Shigeru escapes from the Black Satan headquarters before they can brainwash him into following their campaign of evil and becomes Kamen Rider Stronger. While escaping from Black Satan, Stronger meets Yuriko Misaki another cyborg warrior created by Black Satan who has the ability to transform into Electro-Wave Human Tackle. Together they fight the evil Black Satan and later the Delza Army to restore peace in Japan.

The special footage has four parts, "Legendary Riders" featuring the fights of four Kamen Riders that was seen in the show's second episode, "Gentaro Action (No Cut Version)" featuring Gentaro's out of suit fights coming from three episodes, the "Yuki SPECIAL" which features outtakes of Fumika Shimizu playing the character, and the "Queen Fest PV (Full Version)" that was seen in Kamen Rider Fourze's 3rd and 4th episodes.

Will be the latest reimagining of one of Japan’s most iconic heroes. Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno will be at the helm.

The "Desire Grand Prix" is a game to protect the peace of the city from the threat of the mysterious enemy "Jamato", whose origin and purpose are unknown. Each participant transforms into a Kamen Rider and competes to win the game by defeating enemies and saving people. The winner of the Desire Grand Prix will be rewarded with "the right to bring an ideal world to life" as a prize. In other words, only the true hero who wins the competition will be able to realize the world they have wished for.

In the sixteenth Heisei era Kamen Rider series, which is also the twenty-fifth installment of Kamen Rider franchise, Shinnosuke Tomari, a young detective in Special Investigation Unit of the Metropolitan Police Department fights against the Roidmudes, a race of robots fighting humanity for supremacy lead by Heart and Brain. Into the bully-infested home room class struts a fearless, ceramic-masked student. Squarely confronting a gang of ruffians, it is soon discovered that behind the mask is none other than Danta, an otherwise weakling student who has heretofore been picked on relentlessly by these same bullies. Donned with his mask, however, Danta exhibits a totally other personality, lacking fear and intimidation. The other students, looking on, soon experiment with the power of masks and find to their glee that behind a facade of anonymity, they experience an overwhelming power to act without the confines of self-consciousness. At the same time a major fashion blitz is hitting Japanese media starring the mysterious Hiroko, who has only been seen behind her characteristic porcelain mask. Her ever-increasingly popular appearances, displaying the fashions of designer Daimon, perpetuate the popularity of the masks as much as they do Daimon's clothing fashion. A "kamen (mask) fad" soon grips the entire high school, resulting in late night parties amounting to socially uninhibited public orgies. Such lack of social inhibition rapidly turns ugly as interests shift from hedonism to violence. Soon waves of violent, masked youth fill the streets terrorizing the public. And then the deaths begin to occur. The media soon begins to refer to the school as Kamen Gakuen, the School of Masks. A local tabloid reporter covering this bizarre convergence of masks, enlists the aid of kamen gakuen student Yuki (Kurosu Maya). Through her network of friends, Yuki is soon privy to an entire underworld of kamen events, which eventually lead her to the mask maker, Dojima (Fujiwara Tatsuya). Dojima, it turns out, is a very introverted soul, suffering from maladjusted memories of his father's violence against his mother. Seeking haven from his father's violent blood which flows through his veins, Dojima pours his heart and soul into the creation of masks whereby true reality may be hidden behind facade. Yuki is soon drawn to the perplexed and foreboding Dojima, despite increasing evidence that Dojima may be behind the rash of mask-related murders. Through her investigative prowess, Yuki soon finds herself as a mask-wearing model (!!) side-by-side Hiroko in Daimon's fashion shows. As such, she not only gathers crucial evidence into the mask-related deaths, but unwittingly becomes the target of the mysterious murderer's scheme.

Together with the help of Poppy Pipopapo, a Bugster reprogrammed to help them, they set out to cure the japan of the Bugster Virus. But they soon find that they aren't the only Doctor Riders out there and that the CEO of GEMM Corp. has his own motives in all this that could threaten their mission.

"Alchemy" is a pseudo-science that attempts to create "gold" from various different combinations. One experiment to do so artificially brings to life a race of creatures, and the story revolves around an era where these experiments were being conducted in secret.

In the story, the artificial lifeforms known as the "Chemies", made to imitate things that exist in the world such as grasshoppers, were created from the art of the best alchemy techniques. Each and every one of them were carefully stored in "Ride Chemie Cards' until they were accidentally released all at once into the wild.

Our main protagonist, Houtarou Ichinose, is entrusted with the Gotcha Driver and the mission to recollect the Chemies that have been released into the world. Some are well suited for human companionship and if resonated with a good heart, Houtarou can fuse with them and transform into Kamen Rider Gotchard. However those that are influenced by human malice, there is a danger of them birthing monsters known as the Malgam. This is a story that explores the nature of good and evil, which are two sides of the same coin.

Will Gotchard be able to "collect them all", or will he let his carelessness mark the destruction of the world?
