However, the fashion magazine was cancelled by its parent company. Kishibe Midori then gets transferred to the editing department for a dictionary. What awaits Kishibe Midori is that there are people filled with personality, including the head of the editorial department, Majime Mitsuya. Initially, Kishibe Midori had a hard time in her new workplace.

As time goes by, she becomes inspired by the persistence and enthusiasm of those who work around her. They have spent over a decade working on one dictionary. Kishibe Midori finds attractiveness in the words she works with. She also develops pride and self-fulfilment over her work.

Domoto Tsuyoshi plays the lead character Tenma who has inherited the power to get into contact with spirits but is afraid of his ability to do that. The basis for the drama is the novel "Kashikogi" by author Cho Chang-in, which has sold 2 million copies in Korea since its publication in 2000. It has already been adapted as a television drama and a stage play in that country. On February 4, Shogakukan is publishing the book in Japan under the title "Good Life" Sorimachi plays the part of Daichi Sawamoto, a newspaper reporter who has always prioritized his work over his family. Haname becomes fascinated with the various oddities and charm of Light Bulb Co., and discovers that she, like her father has a knack for selling things so she decides to become a shopkeeper herself. Customers are hard to come by, but she listens to her dad's strange advice-like filling a sink full of water whilst running errands makes life exciting. One day her father offers to sell her the key to the family warehouse for 1 million yen to fund his next trip, which she excitedly agrees to without thinking. However, when she discovers a shocking fact about Light Bulb Co. she chucks the key away in disgust. Later she realizes that she's been stubborn not telling Noburo he was her dad, but by the time she runs back to meet him he's already gone. Eventually Haname with the support of gas.
