Jung-yoon was approached by a random stranger named Jun-woo, who told her she'd be dead in six hours. As she follows him for answers, she begins to question whether he's her savior or the one trying to put her in danger.

On a pretty, placid little island in the Japanese countryside, Nishikita teaches physical education at the high school he himself attended. The man is hardly an agent of change. He knows his place in the order of things and is careful not to rock the boat, perhaps even a little too much. When he receives a call from a former classmate Takagi, announcing her return, a flash of emotion strikes him. Takagi was Nishikita's best friend and unrequited first love, who had suddenly moved to Paris 10 years earlier to study. At the time, Takagi was constantly teasing him to shake him out of his torpor, and he notices that her attitude hasn't changed in the slightest when they are reunited. In fact, while in France she has only improved in the art of the retort, and Nishikita is still as bad at it as ever. He'll have to get used to it, though, as the new teacher he'll have to train is none other than the beautiful Takagi.

A mysterious woman teams up with a man whose daughter was killed and who is now seeking revenge. Together they kidnap members of an organization and torture them to find out what really happened.

In Sector 7, an underwater oil field located south of Jeju Island, Hae Jun is working as a marine equipment manager on an oil prospecting ship called Eclipse. Joining the crew later is Jeong Man, a former colleague of Hae Jun's father, assigned to Eclipse as captain. Though his job is to oversee the withdrawal of the ship, he suggests conducting some drilling one last time. After 3 weeks of preparation, Hae Jun takes new recruit underwater, but he sinks to the bottom of the sea when his equipment fails. Shortly after crew members begin to turn up dead, one by one, their bodies viciously mutilated. What the few survivors soon discover is a transparent underwater creature they encountered once before. The viral monster infiltrated the ship through the drilling pipe and has been feeding on the crew to survive. For Hae Jun and her colleagues, a fight for their lives begins.

Jung Yak Jeon is a scholar and bureaucrat. He is exiled to the remote island Heuksando. There, he becomes fascinated with fish and decides to write about them. Jung Yak Jeon asks young fisherman Chang Dae for help, but Chang Dae turns him down. He states that he does not want to help a criminal. Jung Yak Jeon is aware that Chang Dae studies by himself and has a hard time studying. Jung Yak Jeon then offers to exchange knowledge, with Jung Yak Jeon offering his expertise in studies for Chang Dae's expertise about the sea. Chang Dae accepts the offer. Soon, Jung Yak Jeon realizes that Chang Dae studies to become successful and he becomes disappointed in him.

The story follows Akira - your typical high school student with Peter Parker-esque problems. One afternoon, from out of the blue, his best friend Ryo hands him a VR helmet (!) containing an emergency video transmission from his father in Antarctica. Turns out, Akira Sr. accidentally unleashed a horde of demons while working on a scientific project, and everyone in the facility got possessed. Akira and Ryo drive to Antarctica (!!), where Ryo unveils himself to be an angel. Suddenly, a giant demon sperm possesses Akira (!!!), turning him into a large computer image (aka Devilman). Vowing to defend mankind, our horned hero embarks on a "journey of the self" while laying waste to numerous demons that threaten the world.
