In the early days of the Republic, legendary martial artist Ye Ruzhou suffers a severe injury, losing her memory and winding up in the impoverished alley of Minfu Lane. As the film begins, we see Owen (Rico Blanco) and Mariella (Angelica Panganiban) are fighting in a car by a lake. It appears that Owen has left his wife to be with Mariella, and is angry that Mariella is not willing to make the same sacrifice. The fight turns violent, and Owen has hit Mariella through the car window. Mariella tries to escape from the car, and the scene cuts to flashback. We see Mariella telling her husband, Ivan (Dingdong Dantes), that her best friend, Samantha (Bettina Carlos) needs company and she drives off into the night. Later that evening, their daughter Angel (Millares) comes to Ivan looking for her mother, and Ivan tells Angel that her mother has gone away.There is a car that passes by in the area where a bloody Mariella is looking for help, in the middle of a rainstorm. The driver and his passenger are singing Christmas carols in the car, Mariella knows she is dead.

The title character, Princess Yuki, belongs to a band of assassins with fantastic sword skills who are exiles from their own country and now work for the ruling dictators of their new one. However, Yuki quickly discovers that her leader may be the one who killed her mother years before, and after confronting him with this information finds herself on the run and hunted. Enter Takashi, a hapless rebel against the government who aids Yuki such that she might seek revenge on the group that now wants to kill her.

Two very moving tales that both revolve around the common theme of love. For anyone who has ever felt the passion and heartbreak of love, these stories will move your heart. “To Each a Flower” is a 2011 Chinese Web short film.

A female high school student named Sayaka kills herself, but the reason why she killed herself is unknown. Sayaka appeared to have a normal life with her family, including her mother Rumiko. Rumiko seemed to raise Sayaka with love and care. In reality, Rumiko is a mother who is unable to give love to her daughter and Sayaka is a daughter who wants to receive love from her mother.

When mother Rumiko and daughter Sayaka think of the same incidents that took place in the past, they tell different stories.
