Lu Xiao Xing is a rookie cop when one night, she abandons her post to find her brother, an aspiring singer, and bring him back home after his constant rebellion. As they fight in the car, Xiao Xing loses control of the vehicle and crashes into a truck. As a result of the accident, her brother dies and she is left blind.

Three years later, Xiao Xing is living life as a blind woman. Amidst a string of female disappearances in the city, she tries unsuccessfully to persuade her former police academy senior to allow her another chance at being an officer. Upset and unable to come to terms with the rejection and her brother's death three years ago, Xiao Xing faces a weird experience when she calls for taxi.

The Crime Investigation Department is assigned to protect a princess-consort coming from the Republic of Puerto Risi. They arrange a fantastic trip to introduce the princess-consort to Hong Kong, but a big crisis looms on the horizon.

Based on the novel by screenwriter Noh Hee-kyeong and the 1996 drama “The Last Blossom,” this film tells the moving story of an ambitious yet family-oriented woman who has to say goodbye to her family. The people in In-hee’s (Bae Chong-ok) life have always taken her for granted. There’s her husband, Jeong-chol (Kim Kap-soo), a doctor who always prioritized his career over family life, her daughter Yeon-soo (Park Ha-seon) and son Jeong-soo (Ryoo Deok-hwan), both of whom have become increasingly harsh towards their mother. And then there’s Jeong-chol’s mother (Kim Ji-yeong), who has Alzheimer’s disease. But when they all learn that In-hee, who they thought would always be there for them, has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and doesn’t have much time left to live, they come together for the first time to give her the support they’ve always denied her. Directed by Min Gyoo-dong, who is known for his work on “My Lovely Week” (2005) - which received the Jury Special Prize at the 13th Icheon Chunsa Film Festival - “The Last Blossom” has received rave reviews from moviegoers and critics for its delicate depiction of family love. If actresses Hirosue Ryoko, Igawa Haruka and Saito Yuki chose different paths at the turning point in their lives, what kind of life would they be leading? Igawa impulsively tries to make a transition to acting despite being over 40 but... Saito was afraid to spoil her pure idol image and did not star in Sukeban Deka in 1985. She ended up a one-hit wonder and faded away. To regain her teenage years, she attends university and majors in physics with the aspiration to graduate as a female scientist. She mixes with youth around 20 and joins matchmaking parties, making the most of student life. At night, Saito runs a popular bar that even the actress Kaho patronises.
