Aruo, the dragon girl from the East China Sea, is determined to find her beloved, and comes to the mortal Wang Sheng at all costs. However, the fox demon Xiaoman wants to get the most precious spiritual leaf from the dragon girl, and designs to break Wang Sheng's heart. Yuki decides to take up the offer. He'll have to travel to a small remote town, that doesn't even have cell phone coverage, and take training classes for 30 days. If all goes well, he'll work as a trainee forester for one year in a even more remote mountain area. Can Yuki ever hope to survive his new wood job!?!?

Saya (Yui Aragaki) is a young widow mother. Her husband Yutaro (Yo Oizumi) died in an accident. Yutaro abandoned his wealthy family to marry Saya. To protect her baby, she goes to the town of Sasara where her aunt lived. Her aunt passed her house down to Saya. Saya and her baby settles down there, but she has difficulties dealing with her situation. At this time, her dead husband Yutaro borrows other people's bodies to help Saya, but Yutaro's family tries to take her baby away.

In the town of Sakurada, where about half of the residents have special abilities, Asai Kei is a high school student and is able to remember everything. Haruki Misora is also a high school student and she has the power to reset the world by 3 days. If they use both of their powers together, they can go back in time by 3 days and retain their memory. After executing the perpetrator of a murder case unsolved for thirty years, the assassin nicknamed "Super Sleuth" announces he'll continue to bring his personal brand of justice to other elusive killers. The police, believing this a challenge to their crime-solving abilities, assign their own super sleuth, Wang Zhenfeng, along with retired "super sleuth" Uncle Xiangyun, to analyze long-dormant cold cases and find the killers before they're killed. A succession of successfully executed Super Sleuth-style murders leads Wang to doubt Uncle Xiangyun's true identity. Meanwhile, the three super sleuths engage in a battle of wits before the next execution takes place.
