"Crazy Waiting" follows four different couples as they deal with the separation caused by the men serving their mandatory military duties.

First couple is Won-Jae (Jang Keun-Suk), a college student, and his older girlfriend Hyo-Jung (Son Tae-Young), who works as a physical therapist.

Second couple is in the same music band. Bo-Ram (Jang Hee-Jin), is the shy keyboardist and Min-Chul (Danny Ahn) is the band leader.

The third couple is Jin-A (Yu In-Young) and her faithful boyfriend Eun-Suk (Kim San-Ho).

The fourth couple is Jo Bi-Yang (Han Yeo-Reum), who lives at her boyfriend Heo Wook's (Woo Seung-Min) home.

This is the story of Densuke, a happy-go-lucky, less-than-average employee of a construction company. He is such an expert in the art of fishing that he has, in secret, become a "guru" to the president of his company. Unexpected matchmaking...

Grade-school teacher Shinichi just can't get any respect. His wife treats him like a nuisance, his daughter ignores his every word, his coworkers think he's pitiful. His students regard him as a bore and an imbecile, and mercilessly bully his son, who wants nothing to do with him as a result. The only place Shinichi can find any confidence and self-esteem is alone in his room, where he's secretly sewn together a costume. It's a perfect replica of the suit worn by Zebraman, the hero of a third-rate 1970s superhero show that nobody remembers except Shinichi -- and much to his joy, the new, wheelchair-bound student at his school.

At the same time, strange things are occurring throughout the area. The citizens are nervous, and the military has dispatched agents to uncover - or perhaps cover up -- the source of the danger. Shinichi's urge to sneak out and prowl in his costume, to feel what a hero feels when guarding the night from evil, soon has him dragged into an increasingly bizarre mystery.

Kum (Sandra Ng) is a long time Hong-Kong prostitute, when she gets locked in a cash machine vestibule with a would be thief (Eric Tsang) she tells him some stories of her life as a prostitute and how she come to be where she is today.

Takashi is a psychiatrist who has shut down emotionally after his wife's death, and Ayako is his patient. They plunge into a torrid love affair that helps the love-starved Ayako and provides solace to Takashi. However, their love becomes riddled with jealousy and possessiveness.

Korean photographer Bae-Hwan (Kim Min-Jun) & gay Japanese hotel employee Ryu (Hoshi Ishida) work together on a series of photographs. Their relationship crosses uneasily between friendship and love, while they also battle their own internal scars.
