A sophisticated sculptor, Hae-Mi (Kim Yu-Mi), and 4 other people are invited to a gallery of dolls. They are excited to pose to be a doll model. Superintendent, Mr. Choi (Cheon Ho-Jin), and Jae-Won (Kim Bo-Young), a doll-maker, are the hosts who invite them to this gallery. The gallery is in the beautiful forest, and the surrounding is just like fairy tales, but there are some uneasy things to enjoy themselves. The superintendent is hiding something from them. The doll maker Jae-Won, who's helped by a wheel chair doesn't come out of her workroom. Hae-Mi meets Mi-Na (Lim Eun-Kyeong), a mysterious girl who says she has known Hae-Mi for years. The strange noises at night…and the dolls seem to keep an eye on the every movement the guests are making as if they were real human beings.

The film started production in 1995 and it was just completed in 2012, hence the 2012 date. In 1997 (the not-to-distant future, in their eyes), Tokyo has been torn apart by gang violence, and two organizations in particular, the Japanese nationalist Kamikaze and the Chinese-immigrant led Baihubang, are embroiled in a bitter feud resulting from decades-long racial tensions. As things boil over into all-out war, two women fall into forbidden love, and a lesbian Romeo & Juliet love affair--of sorts--begins.

Gangi, Soyeong, and Aram are best friends who go to the same high school. Gangi appears relatively normal, compared to Soyeong who dreams of becoming a model, or Aram who is unique in her own special way. One day, they decide to run away from home. However, life does not go easy on them. What is more serious are the cracks in their relationship. After their failed attempt to run away, they return home and go back to school only to face more challenges. What had happened to Soyeong and Gangi later prompts Soyeong to intentionally leave Gangi out, and the bullying gets worse as time goes by. Aram also has a hard time along the way.

After being rejected from the police college, a mannerly man travels to Bangkok where he and an energetic distant relative must solve a murder case.

Mei Tachibana is a high school student. Due to a traumatic incident when she was a kid, Mei has been unable to make friends or have boyfriends. By mistake, Mei then injures the most popular male student named Yamato Kurosawa. Somehow, Yamato Kurosawa likes Mei Tachibana and tells everyone unilaterally that Mei is his friend. One day, Yamato Kurosawa saves Mei Tachibana from a stalker by kissing her. From that kiss, their love story begins.

He works diligently on his craft and interacts with the deceased in a world full of grotesque misery. Adopted as a child, he has endured abuse, disdain and severe ailments his whole life, and the weight of his burden is made heavier by a younger brother (Park Ji Ah, Breath) who yearns to be a woman.
