Hong Man-taek is a 38 year-old bachelor who at his age is still unable to meet eyes with a woman. Whenever his mother complains "Never had luck with men, never had luck with sons," he feels guilty about not having found a bride yet. Man-taek's old friend Hee-chul thinks he is a lady killer, but he's only a bit more experienced than his basket case friend. Urged on by his grandfather, the two bachelor buddies embark on a matchmaking journey to Uzbekistan to find wives. The trip to Uzbekistan begins with anxiety and hope. Moon-Ki (Bong Tae-Gyu) is involved in an accident and wakes up in the hospital. When he awakes, he can't remember his own name, family members or where he lives. Through fingerprint checks, he learns that his name is Moon-Ki and his address. When he goes to his home, Moon-Ki feels strange in the unfamiliar home. Moon-Ki then wakes up in the middle of the night and sees a woman (Park Shin-Hye) looking down on him. The woman tells Moon-Ki she is a ghost. Moon-Ki believes the woman is an illusion brought upon by his accident. Nevertheless, Moon-Ki later attends a funeral with the ghost and sees a photo of the deceased person. The deceased person is none other than the ghost! The ghost's name is Kim Yeon-Hwa. She was murdered during a robbery. Moon-Ki doesn't know why she has come to him. He even asks her if she wants him to catch her killer, but Yeon-Hwa says no. Yeon-Hwa tells him that a detective will catch her killer, but there is something more important than catching her killer and the reason she has come to Moon-Ki is buried somewhere in his memory.

Hanako Haibara was born and raised in the city of Tokyo. After she gets dumped by her boyfriend, while in her late 20's, she goes on blind dates to find a man to marry.

Miki Tokioka was born in a province. She studied very hard and entered a prestigious university in Tokyo. She experienced difficult financial times, but she now works at an IT company.

Due to a man, Hanako Haibara and Miki Tokioka meet each other.

The film begins in the city of London, where a 30 year old man sits in front of a university board of 3 women. Apparently, the subject the man is being assessed in is Psychology of women, so hence the unisexual university board. The man is yet again told he has failed completely in the subject, and as he exits the university he is identified as Cheng (Ekin Cheng) by his colleagues. Not giving up, Cheng decides to continue with the subject, but at this time, his girlfriend decides to end their relationship. With no females to talk about and understand, he cannot continue with his essay. On top of that, his mother is getting increasingly worried that Cheng will not settle down, and urges him to marry. She introduces Cheng to her friend's daughter Yoyo (Charlene Choi), and tells them it is a good idea to marry. In this modern world, both Yoyo and Cheng sees this as ridiculous, but Cheng's grandmother is 93 years old and she wants Cheng to marry too. So in the end, Cheng is forced to marry Yoyo, who is 18 at the time. They make a contract that they will divorce within a year and no sexual relationship will occur. Yoyo agrees based on the fact that Cheng is quite wealthy, and she sees it as an opportunity to feed her lifestyle. By chance, Cheng becomes Yoyo's teacher, and she has to hide the relationship from her school and her crush Kelvin. As life continues slowly, various things occur, and Yoyo slowly finds herself falling in love with Cheng.
