May is a beautiful and successful woman in many ways. However, her romantic relationships never go well. One day, May’s widowed father tells her he will marry Lan. Even more shocking is that Lan is accused of being the “Poisonous Widow” who lives a luxurious life by killing her rich husbands.

May begins to investigate Lan’s background to save her father from being a victim. Bit by bit, May is subconsciously influenced by Lan’s twisted views on love, money, and sex.

One day Osomatsu meets an elderly gentleman who tells him a story about his son, who he lost in an accident. Coincidentally, Osomatsu looks similar to the deceased son, and so the gentleman wishes to adopt him. The man turns out to be the CEO of a big company, and, after overhearing the conversation, the rest of the sextuplets deicide to get into a fight with Osomatsu to decide who will become the heir. Later on, the story takes a sudden, unexpected twist as three strange men dressed in black show up.

Two young beautiful friends Jin Sung and So Hee have forged a 'close' relationship but this is challenged when the ballet school holds its annual competition to see who will go forward to the national competition and win a scholarship to a Russian ballet school. The better of the 2 friends, So Hee. looks all set to win, when it becomes apparent that Jin Sung is becoming more and more jealous.

She then bumps into Hae Ju, a former fat girl who stuffed her face all day and appeared quite mad, who reveals that she is now thin because of the wishing stairs and the synonymous appearance of the 29th step. Jin Sung then decides to give the stairs a go herself. When the 29th step appears she wishes that she could be the one who wins the ballet scholarship. When So Hee suffers the fate of death by falling down some steps and Jin Sung wins the ballet competition, Hae Ju goes back to the wishing stairs and calls for So Hee to come back to life. This then sets up the rest of the film that you will have to watch to find out what goes on.

Gwang-Sik and Gwang-Tae are brothers who share opposite views on women. Gwang-Sik is shy around women and finds it difficult to even speak around women, Gwang-Tae is a playboy who enjoys sleeping around with women.

One day, Gwang-Sik sees Yoon-Kyung for the first time in seven years. Around the same time, Gwang-Tae meets Kyung-Jae at a marathon. Something changes for the brothers.
